Morai server unplayable

DO NOT TELL ME to check my net or to change DNSes

cause i have 100gbs fiber with 11ms ping and 0,00% packet loss,

but Morai server is absolutely laggy and unplayable,

most of my friends and faction mates DCing aswell and there is a major world chat rage about server being unplayable halfway through Nation Wars that i was by the way streaming live.

FIX IT

    It'd be nice if just once people would post the useful information they can bring while they were yelling about how server X or Y was unplayable. Would make life easier for everyone involved. b:sweat

    server just crashed for EVERY player at least 3 or 4 times

    and for most of us stay hyper laggy

    half of the server is permanetly dc'ing.

    my nw squad dc'd during nw maybe 5-6 times ( whole squad )

    Since that update ... The server LAGS like crazy.... and my ping is 36 !!!

    I have perma 20k.... In TW i dc atleast 5 times.. NW .. unplayable ! all freeze people with 0 HP and that for at least 1-2 hours till it calms ! Today .. we crashed all in NW.. whole server !
    And now again and it says unable to connect to server ;)

    Another morai player here, the lag issue has been ongoing for months but todays the first thing something severe's happened. Throughout nation wars there were mass dcs most (not all) players found themself ejected from the game on 3 or 4 occasions in whats considered "prime time" on the server. Of a squad of 10 in nation war 8 dced while the other two were left in an empty land .

    While hot is generally quite rude (sorry mate) he does have a point, its hard to get squads for anything without worrying about disconnecting and it ruins the fun of the events when we're sat on voice chat trying to reconnect.

    Could someone update us on this issue and if any attempts being made to fix it? Lots of unhappy players atm b:bye

    morai is getting to full now just split the server in 2 you would see the diverens then there are to manny shops in morai standing in arch almosed ad all telepoorters

    Im also having many dc's (they started yesterday during territory wars) and just now in Nation Wars the whole squad (and many others) were dc-ing every 10-15 minutes. Hope you guys can fix this because I want to enjoy the 2x now that I finally got some time ;)

    Just an update after nw we're down again...and we were back on again for approximately a minute before we were booted back out, can the gms check the plug please and ty.

    Since new year a lot of people complaning about high ping rates of EU server Morai.
    On german pages "Fero" stated out that they were aware about this issue and wrote a guide how to act with tracer route within a third party modul.
    The extract of these data should be send to the ticket service team.

    For me personal, I had never problems with any lags but it is a fact that most of the people just had several dcs in second half of NW.
    During this I also used tracert several times and I had no delays to PWI servers on my route.

    So therefore, I hope PWI team will not only gather the tracert logs but also check what happen there in detail.

    don't bother saying it's the connection, because my alt account is logged in while my main is only halfway there (says it has connected, but no toons are being displayed. kinda like limbo)

    EDIT: and just now even my alt account disconnected

    PWI pb cant afford the money for the 2nd server if they split it again as far as i know they merged the servers because they couldnt afford anymore the money they had to pay to keep the server open!

    Had the same issue, my alt (using wifi) was resisting the DC b:laugh
    but now cant connect anymore
