Saw someone ask what OP means and I got to lazy to read the rest of the pages on this thread. The answer someone gaze was original poster but I just wanted to say OP can also mean Over-powered depends on the context.

I believe a Proc is a secondary effect that a skill has and the Proc Rate would obviously be the chance to get the proc.

Yes. It may be short for "process" ? idk... (I don't know) lol
Often used to refer to things like GoF and SS and puri (purify, an addy (additional attribute) found on recast r9 caster weps)

This refers to the mobs (mobile objects, monsters) that are, well, heads lol. This is in FC (Frostcovered City), a high exp dungeon used by many players to level up very fast.
The heads appear when activated after a certain boss has been killed. Players selling "full exp room" are selling you access to this boss, all the mobs in the room, and the heads. This amounts to quite a chunk of exp.
Some players will sell "B+M+H", boss + mobs + heads (full room)
    "mobs and heads" (no boss)
"no captains" this is when a particular type of mob has been killed from the groups in the exp room, making it easier to kill the groups
Some players will offer also a "kill service", for coins or for free, this means they will kill the boss/mobs for you

    Depends on the situation.

In general, it refers to faction bases, which are a feature that came out a while back. It basically gives factions their own special areas where, by doing certain quests, they can obtain various apoth, buffs, weapons, armor, and so on.

In Nation Wars, it refers to the starting point you appear in for each nation. You'll also respawn there if you lose in a battle and there's no way to get back to an adjacent land from the base.

In TW, it also refers to the spawning point where yur crystal is located. Since the goal is to destroy the enemy's crystal (or you can try to survive three hours if you're on defense) getting into an opponent's base and keeping a strong presence there is a major part of TW.

I notice that the original post lacks an abbreviation meaning of "bh". I've run into mentions of "bh59, "bh69", et cetera, and yet this seems to be thought of as such common knowledge as to not even be included. I take it they mean to say "bg" but use some alternative phrase and make it "bh"? Either that or I'm royally misinterpreting what the "h" stands for lol.

It's because this is from loooooooooooooooooooooooooooong before the head hunter existed and bounty hunter quests were a thing we dealt with regularly.

Though BH is, in fact, short for Bounty Hunter with the number after it (or abbreviation in the case of certain level 100+ BHs and Twilight Temple for the 90s) representing the dungeon it takes place in.

IE: BH59 would mean killing bosses in FB59, Valley of Disaster.
