    Also still no update on whether those who didn't get points ever will......

    i bought prepaid game cards . got the notice that the transactions were completed. that was 8 hours ago. ive updated arc client, relogged to my desktop 3 times. WHERES my ZEN !!! these cards have never taken more than 10 minutes to post ,,till the " new " charge page was put into effect?!! b:angryb:angryb:angry
    due to the new charge page,, i can not partake in the sale ,, or the nightly auction : so i will never buy zen again .. !!!!!

    You can always fill out a report to the FTC. They deal with business fraud problems but only act after x many reports.

    2 Weeks passed im still not seeing my charge reward points that i was meant to get from 2 weeks ago when the useless database went down b:victory

    Can someone answer if these reward points were only for charged zen or for anything bought from the boutique? Thanks in advance.

    This one was supposed to be both, 100 for every gold charged, 50 for every gold spent.

    Although it seems like it's for neither now....

    The redeem period is over. And most of us didn't even get our points to redeem.....

    Sparkie, please look into this. I sent a ticket after waiting like you said to, and now this is the reply they've given me.

    This is complete rubbish, I don't think I've ever gone an entire weekend without spending any gold, let alone on a promo which I usually spend 500+.

    I still haven't gotten any resolution to my ticket, only the same copy-paste reply. every. single. time.

    Seriously? There is no way I'm putting cash into the game until this is resolved, and I'm also convincing my friends to not do so.

    3 weeks gone and still no rewards - avatar packs/chests from spend promo.
    Ticket is replied by autoreply and doesn't help at all.
    Any updates plz?

    OK it's been 2 weeks since the +10 orb promo and I didn't get it yet.
    I sent a ticket after 1 week and they told me to wait awhile.

    Is it time to reply to the email ticket now if I didn't get it yet?

    According to pwi.perfectworld.com/reward I have 4180 points to spend, but no reward list is showing. How can I cash in on these points?

    There isn't currently a promo that uses that type of rewards points, so there's nothing to redeem right now. In addition, the points are reset at the beginning of each new promo for it, so you won't actually get to use any points you have leftover.

    Oh I care. I missed all promotional sales for the last 4 months because of all the issues with rewards being delivered to the players. Some things are slowly being fixed but let me be clear -> if it is advertised pwi.perfectworld.com/REWARD will be utilized for redeeming reward points yet your system is not properly awarding people, I'd imagine this would be a top priority to fix.

    No Fix

    No mention of the issue.

    No response to player tickets with these issues. (People in my guild currently suffer from this)

    I will not be spending any gold here-to-fore until everything is fixed.
