Spend Reward Issue

So we found out what was causing spending not to count for points. Our database went down, which was causing points not to be distributed correctly. The spending is working, but since the database isn't, it's not tracking correctly.

We have a list of all players who have spent but did not get points, and we will be adding those either tomorrow or next week, depending on when the database issue gets resolved.

Update: The spend portion of this promo has been fixed, and you should now receive points.

    '-' so.. more 2 years to we get the orbs? .-. why u guys just dont create one code for get the orbs and send for the email for we can get it? much more faster and much more easy >.<

    after already spending 191 gold (thats 779mil coins on morai server) yesterday without any reward, i saw your post this morning. i then bought another 42 gold as i need my dreamchaser pack badly. but even after 2hours i still did not receive any points b:cry

    yeaaaaaah still not getting the points spent in the boutique :l however my friend did get her reward points instantly... so im guessing its... idk affecting only a portion of ppl still? i would like those tiny extra 10 gold worth of points i spent though b:cute

    How much time to get the points I spent on boutique?, transfering gold got me points instantly.

    This was never fixed, my rewards are still showing 0. I've spent gold every day since this promo was announced, and checked rewards page every day.

    Just send a ticket to customer service, I did it and got a response the next day asking for info, I hope I get my points soon.

    received points values differs badly too. for same amount i did spend every day value of points i get is 25 or 175

    We're aware of this and we will be sending out points either Friday or Monday of next week to all of those that never got them. You can also send in a ticket, however they may wait until that date to issue the points out as well.

    Still haven't gotten any points. I sent a ticket and they said they don't have an ETA (they wouldn't confirm sparkie's claim of today) and that they are coming up with some sort of compensation ("We are checking if either replacement points or rewards could be provided in the near future")

    I charged so I could get the Blazing Tempest. That's all I want. If I don't get a Blazing Tempest out of this I will be very sad.

    I bought gold and spent it to get a few items I wanted. The experience scrolls and 50 event gold for my characters to be able to use in game. b:angry

    At least tell us the redeem date is gonna be extended.... because this is just unacceptable.

    How come some people got points when submitting a ticket and some of us just got a super vague reply of 'we're working on it'? b:angry

    LOL...there going to send us a copy and paste sincere apology and 5 free hypers..and if we are really lucky.We will get a bonus crapp pet that no one wants. This is why PWI looses so many players. They totally forget customer service matters.
