Problems With Latest Ocean Orb Promo- Sparkie Please Read!

When you take the orb tickets out of the mail, it says the correct amount in the mail. Once removed only 1 ticket activates into an ocean orb, the rest will disappear. I spent 350g. Received 1 mail containing 4 tickets for oceans. Only 1 turned into an orb the rest are MIA.

Side problem is I also did not receive rewards for b card or s packs past 300g. I spent 350g, received rewards for only 300g.

    Oh okay. Im also Superman. Really. Honest. Anyways i hope your problem get's resolved, i agree that Hard earned money should be rewarded.

    I spent 150g, 2 tickets, only 1 turned into ocean orb. I am fairly annoyed by this.

    My issue is the amount of orbs. I spent within the events time frame, but only got one orb over all when it should of been three.

    Same thing happened to me. Spent 150 gold. Got 2 Orb tickets and only 1 worked while the other disappeared. The card boxes worked fine though.

    same thing happened to me spent 150 gold during the event time frame and got a mail with 2 tickets inside, I clicked on a ticket and they both dissappeared and I only recieved 1 dragon orb ocean when I should of received 2, the cards and chests worked fine, but they still owe me a Dragon Ocean orb, i sent in a ticket and havent got a response yet

    Multiple tickets turned into 1 really? I figured I just got 1 ticket because I didn't even get the right amount of cards either. Was wondering why only 1 Ocean.

    Same thing happened here. I think the only thing we can do is send in a ticket and hope they feel generous enough to fix it.

    Best option is to contact the BBB..also send emails to Pay-Pal , Visa etc...


    Waiting for PWE to fix this on there own and you`ll be waiting forever..contact the above agencys and watch how fast PWE jumps to fix this issue.

    This is a systematic issue with rewards ..countless pages of people still waiting on rewards from prior charge/spent events from 6+ months ago.

    BBB is really useless. I recommend contacting your Attorney General, only if/when this doesn't get fixed. This would fall under fraud in that case, if you actually charged cash to get it.

    I have no doubt the reply to my ticket will be, we know there are problems, No ETA on when we can resend.

    Same issue here, i got 3 Tickets, only 1 ocean orb. Still miss some B and S packs too.
    Why dont fix the problems first before starting a new promo? I dont trust it till i get all what i should get. Less PWI can do is to reply us.

    Just send in a ticket. I'm quite certain that the BBB and any AG office has much better things to do than deal with a mistake in a free give away promotion in a video game especially during election season.

    As for me I'm more than satisfied I got another A card to replace a B card from this promo. Any upgrade from a freebie is a bonus for me.

    The problem is that most ppl actually spend the gold not to get the stuff from the cash shop, they spend it to get the promo rewards to begin with. PWE knows that pretty well.

    Remember: Any Gold spend was actually charged by someone. So If you spend 350 Golds and only got 1 Orb that can't even be used on top of that then surely you are pissed. With all rights there are.

    You completely missed my point. Nobody including me ever said that this issue isn't frustrating to some or most including me but I really doubt it rises to the level of getting any state or US government agency involved because we get 2 or 3 tickets for ocean orbs but only get one by mistake. That seems like a gross overreaction if I ever seen any.

    If we all send in a single ticket it's likely that PWI staff will address it eventually. But raging at them here or on a ticket about this will accomplish absolutely nothing. Just keep it civil and respectful is all that is needed.

    Be civil and include as much information in your ticket as you can and I'm sure PW will fix the issue once they figure out where the problem arose, as well as sift through those that are truthful and those that are full of it about the rewards they were supposed to receive.

    It might take some time but be patient.
