    I find it amusing how the OP keeps pushing the idea that players "want" 2x when everyone else here's been saying otherwise with good reason.
    If its so heavily supported and indeed there is a demand for 2x, then its certainly not here.

    I'm sure you can find plenty of people of people who think an extended 2x would be really healthy for the economy. I think they are wrong, but I'm sure he could find lots of support.

    I agree.
    For whatever reason people seem to think throwing 2x drops and all the coin from it into an already broken economy will somehow fix it.
    When really, 2x drops now would take the economy thats in the toilet and flush it.


    Im saying as in regular drops,now if it was x2 and im dead or town port then ill have a lot more than regular drops.

    Now shut up and go bot or something

    I hope gold goes to 10mill each.

    I'm sure it's been said already, but a 2x right now is the last thing we need. You think inflation is moving fast now? Getting a 2x now would ruin things even faster. We don't need another 2x until botting is removed for good. Sure, I could make 150m a day with botting on a 2x, but I don't want to see the economy ruined even more. I know I'd probably have to gouge my eyes out to have that wish granted though.

    i wish we get an update where "by mistake" the autoculti glitches as in "the pickup function" doesn't work anymore, and also "by mistake" page 5-7 dissapears from Mysterious Merchant b:pleased

    WTF? I make around 300 dq drops and 1mil coins( not mentioning the coins get from other items and pots that i pick and next sell to a npc. coins which i use for repair) in 6 hours. That wat it takes to my R8R+6 daggers to break and my char be teleported.

    Seriously, our biggest problem right now is just the damn botting... it's not 2x and/or the lack of 2x. Prices on day to day stuff is going up and up and up thanks to the hundreds of million coins added to the economy every single day by those r9rr +12 archers farming spiders out by Avalanche Mountain, or by the sins, archers, and barbs botting all the Morai quest mobs.

    More on topic, though: 2x drops is not increasing the drop rate. You just get the same amount of drops as if you killed it twice. It's not how it works, and a lot of people seem to have that misconception.

    Like for Illusion Stone having the oh-so-wonderful drop rate of 0.4384% . Oh yeah. Mm. Love it. That's ridiculous. But anyhow, Big Luminostone on the other hand has a drop rate of 27.7653%. That's 63.3333x more chance to drop. You just get the big litter of ****. 2x makes you get a double litter of ****. Because you get your amount of drops multiplied by 2.

    I would be in favor of increasing the actual drop rate(s). But, I know they won't do that, as they don't fix anything old

    I do like the argument of making 2x so that more people come out to play for the summer though. Lots of people having that common misconception means more players to come around! Which is always a good thing

    I dont understand those R9RR+12 Players that are botting wen they can so easy solo a TT.

    But I do understand those T2+5 Players that are botting. There is nothing they can do to improve a little bit more their gear so they can solo at least TT2-2.

    I bot but not in Morai or other places were ppl do their daily. I bot in hell and chose a place with no player around.And i bot only 100meters around.

    The things they need to do is take out auto cultivation and bring back the Jolly Jones bounty orders quests the way they were untill New Horizon came out.
    With 8 toons lvl 71 per acount you can make around 30milions per weak and that without doing the bounty for mobs killing. Ad those and you can make 40mil per weak.
    Jolly Jones were good for low geared players that couldnt solo TT or any other instances. Was also good for new players to get their TT99 gear.

    If we get a 2x now it will definitely make more people bot.. Even though it's quite some time ago we had 2x drops, I do not think we need any at the moment at all.

    I don't really think a 2x would be healthy for the economy as a whole but it would certainly help ME personally. While it's true that drop rates do not increase during a 2x, it's also not true that you just get twice the **** that would have dropped without a 2x. Server counts your kill twice, meaning that doing 10 TT runs in 2x is the same as doing 20 without.
    As for the inevitable drop in gold mat prices during a 2x, I've never seen them drop to half their original value so I don't really consider that to be a problem.
    It might be selfish of me to want a 2x so I can make a better profit while other people might suffer but that's exactly what's happening with the rising prices. So yes, I want a 2x. No, I don't think it's the answer to the currently broken economy. I just want to farm my freaking r9 daggers. :D
