PWE's notorious slow response time coupled with the lack of any rule enforcement is the very reason we get scammers and spammers like this.

Until that's changed, poking volunteer moderators accomplishes nothing. No matter how direct a communication pathway you have, the welcome mat will still be out there, inviting one and all to scam and spam to their hearts content without fear of reprisal.

On a more serious note, I do miss when frankie made a temp lifting of the naming and shaming rule for the bots on a thread, and then aggressively pursued and banned the names on there. I think we need that type of thing again for the current situation. But still ticketing it is better than nothing.

Reality has made me a little sceptical. I've been bothunting for a bit - that is, checking for bots on Morai that exhibit behaviour that autocultivation cannot do. I've got a list of about 20 of these now, but after several updates on the ticket, and several replies back to continue to report these players violating the TOS, the result has remained the same: The abusing parties are still in the game, the bots are still out there. The harsh conclusion I must draw is that PWI does not care about enforcing their terms of service and fairplay rules on Morai at least.

That makes me a sad panda. And I don't even have a barbarian. b:sad

[Edit] Possible solution: If PWI is short on GMs, couldn't they do a recruitment drive on the servers? I suspect there's a ton of folk fed up with the rulebreakers that'd love to bring the banhammer down on those. Myself included.

I was surprised about teles too,
I checked the catshop which mostly selling them, it didn't seems that hacker buyed from them

No, Kris is saying that the forum mods have a more direct path to the people who can get things done. Tickets get put in a queue, which takes days to work to the front, and the people who handle them don't read the forum. Forum mods have alternate communication paths so that urgent matters (like gold sellers, who are mostly from phishing sites) can be brought to the attention of those who handle them more quickly.

So tired of hearing mods tell us to submit tickets and such. How about PWE pay a proper damn staff to police the servers so **** like this gets nipped in the bud? How about they take that money that we freaking put in their pockets all day everyday and actually put it back into the freaking game and make this game as good as it can be? Oh wait i know why....cuz they dont give a ****.

Then again, you wouldn't get the point I'm trying to make based on this.

I've been reporting people to Sparkie that I see are causing issues and for the most part, things have been taken care of (in-game, and here on the forums), now why is there any reason why we can't work together to get rid of people in-game that are ruining the experience for the rest of us?

I'd answer that, but then again I don't think I see a point if people are going to just give up and act like

Because, again maybe you're not reading correctly. Yea, we mods do have more of a direct line to people who can do things, and therefore can get things done a bit faster than going through the ticket system. But if you can read that, then why don't you answer my question I posed on the previous page:

Edit: What I mean is "why not do this, in combination to sending us pm's, like people do for forum related issues" Since people seem to have a hard time "getting it."

Because, if people cared like they say that they do, then they would do something more to rid the people ruining the game experience, by utilizing the resources that are here now, instead of making comments that don't make sense. That just makes it seem like, again, that people don't care enough for other people to care.
