    yea im having this problem also, i made a toon on HL a week ago now and its not showing my sin wich i want it sent to ;o should i send a support ticket aswell or just wait for the problem to resolve it self ?

    Been busy,back now and my character STILL is not on the list

    In fact,the two old characters that were recently deleted this week remain on the list

    Weird, the issue should have been fixed by now. What servers are you guys guys trying to redeem your codes on?

    I have a friend who is having this problem as well. After waiting a week to play the character he made to play with me its kind of annoying. Yes, he can play without the pack but it defeats the purpose.

    i just started 15 hours ago and i have that same problem i did the same test and the new one shows for the redeem codes but not my main character or my second character only got to lvl 18 on my main. so i would like to know what i should do atm. all my characters are on Raging Tides server.

    I created a character 4-5 days ago and is not on the list... Morai server.

    sorry been busy with stuff and my toon is on HarshLands and its stil not on there xD
