you just said the drops can be picked up by anyone..... not if they are being blocked from picking up the drops because they are pked ..... To be fair though, since you did roll on a pvp server, it is assumed that you enjoy PK (as well as getting pk'ed, it goes both ways), as that is a HUGE aspect of the game on a pk server, possibly even more important than the said quest/items.
What aren't aspects of the game are stuff like "threatening to kill someone IRL", spamming them with lewd or sexual pms, filling chat with racist/vulgar comments, etc. Those aren't built into the game mechanics directly and is more a result of it being impossible to properly monitor all communications without being overly restrictive on freedoms.
You probably won't believe it, but there are people on Harshlands who enjoy getting pk'ed and blocked while questing, calling their factionmates and friends in to retaliate, then turning it into a massive pk war, all over a single quest spot.
Honestly, If you're factionless and a true newbie, most people on the server will leave you alone.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Looks like someone is on the worst server of PWI, It's a PVP server dude, if you don't want that to happen frequently, go to LC since you prefer PVP servers? b:embarrass

If your problem is being PKed during Assault, while white named because of doing the carriage event... this is clearly a case of poor planning. Either stay white named the previous day until you've done carriage event on the Assault day, or wait to do the carriage event until after Assault.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

You misinterpreted my post.
The drops do not have a drop timer like most mob drops do. You can pick them at any time regardless of whether or not you killed it.
Please reroll to a pve server if this is really that big of a deal.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

It's not breaking the terms of service. The ONLY instance where pk is breaking the terms of service is if they are literally stalking you all over the map to kill you, i.e. you go to Angler's, they're there to kill you; you go to Heaven, they're there to kill you; you go to some bum**** nowhere town in Tellus area, they're there to kill you; and so on over an extended period of time. Take note that if you're provoking them that the GMs will likely throw out your ticket entirely and tell you to take a hike.
I'm not going to get banned if, say, I decided to sit in at one of the Primal dailies for an hour to kill people for lulz. I'm not going to get banned if I kill you at an event that takes place outside of sz just because I decided I didn't like your face that day. These are not grounds for bans.and there is no reason for anyone to need to come back later just to be able to do a quest or be part of a event or receive the rewards from a event because certain factions can break the terms of service .

PKing is not against any rules.
Harassment is.
Steps to follow if getting pk harass by someone:
1-SS every deaths cause by the pker. (including the damage log)
2-Ask POLITELY the person to stop.
^ Majority of QQers fail at that step.
If you get pk many times and pm the pker ''GO DIE IRL YOU SCUM BAG, YOUR MOM IS ******* MY ****, YOU F**** MORON, I'M GETTING YOU BAN'', first of all the pker won't get ban cause he didn't get ask politely to stop, second of all you are the one who risk to get ban, third of all I remember people complaining on forum getting ban after they did report a pker cause they was the one that did insult and threat (which is against the rules) the pker, while pking is not against the rules.
90% of the people that get pk on HL nvm events, quests or what doesn't ask the pker to stop, they start to trash talk, insult and treat.
3-SS the person continuing to pk after you did ask POLITELY to stop.
So by the language of the OP I'm pretty sure he didn't ask politely the pker to stop, but sound more like the kind of person that trash talk, insult and threat when get pk.
