Hi there
i would like to know y a game of this size has no online Moderators ?
it`s crazy to not have an online active Game Moderator .
or do u all just don`t care ? f:meh

    been asking for that for some years now. get over it pwi won't even talk to us on forums why would they have a single staff member put ingame.

    people do care. it's just that people know that pwe don't care about what we think. so no use in bringing it up. at all. cause they will never do anything about it. ever.

    it doesnt seem like they actively romp around in the game but it does seem they are there in the background.
    They just cant get to the less important issues that pple keep bombarding them with >>
    I know ive sent them some things that i know 76653937843 pple probably sent them too. But when there are times that you actually find something important their pretty quick to reply and keep on replying o.o And by important i dont mean personal squabbles and issues.

    I once had one log in and ban someone I warned them about right in front of me, but he was spouting things against pwe, very inappropriately. There used to be a live chat for dealing with support staff, but its gone now. I think they did some down sizing in their customer service department.

    Back when I was still a noob in 2009, there were gms who attentively played and even knew and shared personal jokes with the player base. I still can't stop laughing when red text popped out giving us an announcement "UrbanNinja is not a real ninja" However now we only really see them in game when they forget to log off or go invisible after dealing with an issue, or when they are hosting an event of some sort. Once trolled one hosting an event and got sent to misfortune island where they spawned thousands of lv 4 penguins on me. Screenshot is around here somewhere on forums.

    aww, if only PWI goes back to that cool~I'd pay even more to stay :P

    I remember the days of red chat. I actually quit PWI recently and went to a pay to play games from a different company (not saying the name, but let's just say it is a game that is from a well known fantasy series and is the 14th edition to the series). I miss the player base of PWI even though I'm really enjoying the new MMO. Though if things like this returned to the game I would probably consider logging in more than once in a blue moon.

    If only they did care from the beginning...
    The quality of their products and the game communities would be really different.
    Accepted feedback (after proper filtering) would contribute to an image of a respectable company that cares for its contributors and aims for perfection.
    In turn, the gamers would feel they're rightfully spending for a hobby (and would pay even more!).

    But nothing of the sort happened. It's too bad, given the potential of games such as PWI.
    Some told me it could be worse and it's true, sort of.

    Me? I'm just observing, playing regularly for years, realizing that it's too bad things reached this point and shrugging afterwards.

    If any of you saw what I do in these forums, they could have seen that I just rant like an old man from time to time. This post sums it up.

    I used to see them fairly often in the early days, even had a chat with a couple on west arch, im going back to 2009/10 time but then they got too many games and spread too thin I've never seen one in game for a very long time

    Someone was trying to sell their account, GM responded within a day saying they took care of it. That was couple months ago. I think if it's something they can personally fix they do it pretty quick. But with bugs it has to be passed higher up, so it takes a little while. But they are fixing bugs with Maint!

    It can be so good to have some online moderators, whos can ban all the haters, when they got raging time on worldchat! And to bann all that silly names! They doing so many work for me to making screenshots and sending tickets... then no effects...

    I don't know before, but right now I do think PWE is lack of customer services. A ticket is sent more than 5 days and still no responds, seriously? how busy they are? I have no idea! If they'd work harder on their customer services and/or any other services, the server will not only has very few players like now!

    PWE you'd better do something before you lost more players......

    I highly doubt that. I got muted several times back when gms were active, but they had a scale on which they did it at for game chat infringements. Starting with 30 minutes, then an hour up to 24 hours, and after that you would recieve bans instead of mutes. -snip- But, your willingness to break the forum ToS (mentioning bans isn't allowed on forums, and is to be kept in tickets), or lack of knowledge of it, doesn't say much for your argument. Lack of reading clearly set rules doesn't excuse you from the fault of breaking them.

    To be honest, this rather no longer applies. Val cared about the game, and Val was working on this.... but it died when Val left because there wasn't enough support from the other staff.

    What we need now is a CM that cares about the game like Val did. That would be a start.

    I love when the GMs spawn Harpy, I forget who, but this GM once spawned Harpy a bunch of times in Plume & was killing her while we fought for drops.


    But really, the customer satisfaction is **** poor. No one reads the forums & tickets are half the time pointless I feel. The lack of communication between the PWE group & the players is horrible, but they don't care as long as we cash to fund their paychecks. f:shh
