    Not letting this fall to necro age!

    Pokemon X and Y out in 2 months!, I just got a free lv 100 shiny dialga from gamestop b:victory

    Also, anyone care to share their opinion on those new weird mega evolution stuffs o.o. Very mixed feelings right now. Love how they are going to be giving Ampharos love again!

    It feels weird. Like they're going for a Digimon-style evolution. Which is good that it's not effecting the old evolution system, but... I don't know. It still doesn't feel right. And it gives semi-credibility to the kids who used to claim that Charizard could evolve back when Pokemon first came out...

    Big Mawile fan though. Was wondering when it would get some support. Wasn't what I was expecting at all, of course.

    Its interesting, because it does different changes in all the pokemon. some get raised stats, some get new abilities, and some get new typing, or a mix of those things. Its also not a permanent thing, being an item activation. Should give some love to pokemon that got outdated with time for competitive play, and add an extra dimension people have to worry about. Pokemon is a fun game competitively because there is no ultimate answer to deal with everything, no best team, and so many options are available.

    Hmm I find it weird but I won't judge until the moment I play the game itself.

    I found the rotating battle thing to be stupid...but when I actually played the game and tried it, it was fun xD!

    Omg rotation battles looked so stupid but were awesome! The triple battles however were so stupid. Swarm battles look fun though, using aoe pokemon moves!

    Also do you know what pokemon needs a little more love?

    It needs a mega evo that gives it stawberries and the power it deserves. It could then also make its own fruit smoothies!

    hey gecko imma choos chespin so it looks like were rivals...... i getting pokemon x.... IMMA CATCH EM ALL WITH CHEATS XD i **** black white 2 and got all legend and shiny reshiram BRING IT ON GECKO BRING....IT.....ON!!!

    Beat Pokemon Y, Blind Nuzlocke challenge at 6 AM, October 15, 2013

    Ruleset

    Rules:
    Starter and second starter of choice
    Catch the first pokemon you see on every route, if you dont catch it or if you kill it, you cant get a pokemon from that route
    Duplicate clause, if the first pokemon on a route is one you already have caught or have caught a pre evolved/evolved form of, you cannot catch it, and the next pokemon you see is catchable
    If a pokemon faints it is placed in a "deceased" box, and can't battle again, but can be used as an HM slave
    One pokemon per playthrough is allowed to be ressurected from the deceased box
    One healing item can be used initially in battle, and another may be used in response to the opponent also using one
    If needed, a pokemon can be captured for use as an HM slave if no already aquired pokemon can learn the required skill, however it cannot be used in battle
    Legendaries are an exception, you may save and capture them, however they cannot be used in battle while the challenge is still in progress
    Roaming Legendaries do not count as a first encounter, and consequences of fighting them are also exceptions
    Encounters with pokemon with world map sprite's (voltorb/snorlax for example) can be captured only on first appearance, if failed it can not be attempted again, does not count as the encounter for the area
    Gift pokemon can be used
    In Safari Zone you can capture one pokemon of choice, if applicable
    One game corner pokemon allowed, if applicable

    Honor system, expected to follow rules and not use a guide online to know what is coming next

    I started watching the new series and I'm enjoying them though I'm a few episodes behind. I like Serena and the little backstory they gave to her with Ash, I also quite enjoy the other two (forgot their names >.> Eurika and..Citron or something) plus..fennekin <3

    I went back to watch the N season but overall I stopped watching half-way through the Diamond&Pearl season because I got bored. Dawn was okay but I felt they made her too good to the point that she felt like a boring character with little development. Iris in the following season...well she seemed interesting but I didn't enjoy her character or design plus..I kinda of disliked they took away the contests. I like how they had a bigger role for the female traveling companion before. Cilan was fun though but not enough of a reason to have me watch it.

    I kept up to date with the movies...but they were kinda disappointing :(

    I stopped following anime as a child at the start of Hoenn, but recently, having nothing better to do, out of sheer boredom started again from the beginning. Was thoroughly disgusted when I saw the Hoenn League, where they pitted two characters with traits clearly in character to those with severe mental disabilities (my opinion being based off my many visits to the group home where my aunt lives), against each other in a battle. It honestly made me ashamed to be a pokemon fan. I decided, just because I'm not normally a quitter, to continue, but after that, anime just went further downhill, and I couldn't bear to watch my favorite game series of all time be massacred anymore by the time I reached Sinnoh. I longed for the days where Misty was the second character, and things were actually interesting, even though I never really liked her due to her being absolutely useless at all the wrong times, and a useful whenever not needed. I do not feel it would be right for me to just jump in and watch the new series.

    On a side note, near the end of the Indigo League and continuing through the Johto League, the main cast actually constantly insults the Team Rocket crew, calling them failures, commenting on how they never win. I feel like the lines between good and bad get blurred when the good guys are laughing at the bad guys.

    On another side note, watched the Origins mini series, felt like it was rushed but still entertained me. Lol'd hard at an obvious error where they make a huge deal in zooming in of Red deciding not to battle anymore, and turning his hat forward (from wearing it brim out the back) then show him from another angle five seconds later, hat still backwards. Also, the voice of Lelouch/Ichigo being shared by Brock.... felt kinda wrong to me... as a rabid Code Geass Fan and former Bleach lover (pre-bount > all)

    I don't really remember the older seasons lol.. I watched up to Hoenn (first season) then they stopped airing it on the TV. When I started downloading anime and whatnot online I decided to check out Diamond&Pearl instead of going back to rewatch everything but I've already gave my opinion on that.

    Yea thats why I stopped in Hoenn when I was a kid, it switched television stations and wasnt part of the Saturday morning lineup anymore.

    Also, on an unrelated note, I now declare myself pwi's resident pokemon master (applying for title change too)
