Arcane Sky 10 and unlocking

Ok so I hit arcane sky 10

But doesn't seem you can continue any culti now, I got into the instance and we killed the boss then I went to talk to the sword "Which says is the quest rewarder" but nothing. Apparently you need to unlock the new map but I have no idea how to do that if we can't continue culti. I thought it was going to be a server contribution, any idea how to unlock these new maps if we can't continue in culti?

*UPDATE*
It appears that every 4.8 hours (5 times a day) it goes up 1%. Possibly when more people hit arcane sky X it will go up faster.

When I first hit arcane sky X the boundary was still at 0% but 4.8 hours later it went up a 1% and its been consistent in the % growth

**UPDATE 2**
Also it seems even if other people hit Arcane sky X it will not go any faster (A friend of mine is now Arcane sky X and the % has not increase more than the 4.8 hour interval)

Side note, if you are stuck on arcane sky 9 and you have to kill the tainted commander and the mob isn't by the NPC just trash the quest and pick it up again.

    Unlocking the next historical phase requires a certain number of players to hit Arcane Sky X. Press M on the map and you see the progress indicator there. Once it is filled up your server can proceed.

    Probably updates a few times a day. I'm only at Arcane level 6. Going to be a while before enough get to 10 I think.

    Don`t forget to check if you can do the green quest every time you meet the requirements if gives nice points to the Arcane Sky.

    HT is at 7% atm.

    As far as the seal goes, looks like there are total 3 seals. One seal was released when primal world was opened. The physical location of that seal is in kirin town. The next physical location seal is north of dragon tower (close to the flower kingdom). Physical location of 3rd seal is at the entrance of the Lord Tyrant fortress (north in primal world).

    There should be at least 2 more dailies for flowsilver coins after the boundary seals are broken.

    There are actually 6 stages in History Advancement.

    1) The Worldspire - Repair the Worldspire to reach the Primal World.
    2) Boundaries - Certain amount of players reached Arcane Sky Level 10.
    3) Siege Weapons - Construct siege weapons for Woo Gea.
    * Construct a certain number of Trebuchets and Crossbows to complete this stage.
    4) Gluttony - Gather food for Buttterball.
    * Collect enough Food Chests to complete this stage, and remove the Mirrorflower Kingdom seal.
    5) The Mercenaries - Defeat the mercenaries attacking Mirrorflower.
    * Help the Ladyland King to fight off the mercenaries. Defeat a certain number of them to complete this stage.
    6) The Final Seal - Unseal the Lord Tyrant's Fortress.
    * Once the ten points surrounding the Seal are lit, this stage will be complete.

    I dont think everyone cashops. Even though I have a lot of gold, i wouln't buy pills because then I would be just there waiting for the rest to catch up.

    It just happens that we had a lot of people who reached 100 in one day, 2 times, so they didnt miss any dailies

    A question about the rewards...can we obtain the dragon orbs *6 and *7 on rebirth 1 or 2? Or must we wait for others to catch up in order to make them available?

    The rewards require the boundaries. Mirage Sky is, apparently, only available for the second rebirth so the rewards for 15 and 20 boundaries require second rebirth.

    My guild was just having a laugh about that today, since hitting Mirage Sky relies on others hitting arcane sky X with you, thus rendering the purpose of CSing to get your Arcane sky up higher completely and utterly moot. The people who bought that stuff from the cash shop basically got swindled.


    Side-note:     This thing is a pretty good estimate of server population and cash shopping frequency. The servers that CS the most are likely the ones that currently have some % other than 0, because I've done every daily thusfar (save some BH IIs) and I'm just under Arcane Sky 9. Having a % above 0 implies your server has people that CSed it up.

    Within the next three days, we should all expect to see farmers begin to hit Arcane Sky 10 though, so the % gained would be a rough estimate of server population....or server laziness.
