    Any thread over one month (30 days) old is considered to be a dead thread and you're not supposed to post in them. The person you are replying to probably doesn't care any more or can no longer be found on the forums. The topic itself could be out of date. Next time just make a new thread.

    That necro rule is stupid. They should change it to six months or so... I remember this thread well and have no problem with it being resurrected.

    So, to answer your question before a mod closes this:

    When you reawaken your character, you are given an Arcane Sky level. Increasing vitae levels it up, which allows you to learn new skills. You can increase vitae via a chain quest in Primal World and with Arcane Sky Pills, which are often given as quest rewards from dailies in Primal World and from BH100. You cannot use them if you haven't reawakened, but once you have you just right click on them and they will add 100 vitae.

    So if you haven't reawakened and are currently getting them from BH, they won't be usable for you. Just bank them until you reawaken, or NPC them if you never plan to.
