    QQ still can't log in to game...What happen again PWI?

    2 Weeks in a row you got things going on...

    How can player not leaving if this keep continue...

    I think Harshlands went down again. I logged for a few minutes and when i switched characters i got the same error.. Now i cant get the characters list againb:shocked

    Hey everyone,

    I've let the engineers know that the situation has not been resolved fully for our user-base. We had thought it was fixed as many are now able to log back in including our QA team (and myself). I see many of you are unable to log on still and so we've gone back into tracking the root of the problem.

    We're working on getting to the bottom of this and I apologize for the delay.

    Updates as I get them.

    I think East Coast servers are pretty much sad becoz they didn't got hardware upgrade like West Coast servers got it few weeks ago. That's why are QQing. So every week something is coming up. b:laugh

    It appears Harshlands and Archosaur character list issues are resolved.
    If you do notice any problems, please give a quick post in this thread.
    I'll be keeping my eye on it.

    Update:
    Problem is persisting for a some users.
    When reporting a problem in this thread, as much detail as possible is helpful such as the login time attempted and how many characters that account holds.

    Nope, I still can't get the character list on my account in Archosaur.

    I still have the same problem while trying to log into Arch server.

    Still unable to login to Archosaur server, tried logging it at 17:10 server time and the account hold 6 characters for Archosaur.

    Just tried logging on to Archosaur server a few minutes ago and still getting the same message. I think I have 5 characters.

    Tried logging in again at 17:22 server time.

    Thanks for the updates and keeping on top of this DoD!

    Whats the use of 5x to me when i can't even logon b:cry Still having this error "Could not receive character list" on archosaur server when i try logging in a few mins ago.

    Attempts to log in still failed. I have eight characters on the account, if that's of any help.

    Can we get an update as to what happened to our accounts, please? It's been more than 24 hours since our login/account was broken, at least give us some more update?

    Able to log into char in arch server,while i trying to get a blessing from FB connect page it gives me

    "You have no characters in Perfect World! To create a character, go to the Download Page"

    and when redeem page does decide to load no server or char in drop down menus. b:surrender

    was working yesterday when i got one of the code from my email b:sad

    First off all its 3rd day and still ''Could Not Retrieve Character List'', so my question is: How long we have to wait that you fix this problem? Is it possible today or we have to wait till next maintanace or much more time?

    Second you started 5x exp and 2x drop after last maintanance. How you gonna make it fair for so many ppl who cant log in game till now cuz ''Could Not Retrieve Character List''?

    In my opionion is only one way that solve this problem and codes (Dragon Orb Ocean): 2nd time rollback.

    Still can't login to my account in Archosaur - "Could not retrieve character list".

    Think the GMs and engineers have no time to fix this, they are trying to fix their own blunder again.

    Submit a Ticket that's the only option left right now to get it fixed. I tried to login in Archo with my alt there i didn't faced any issue logging in Archo i guess maybe it's going on for some users not majority.

    Obviously, submitting ticket was the first step most of us took.

    Had it worked, we wouldn't have been bumping the thread to keep the responsible party alerted while waiting for further response.
