      Any clarification from any GM or PWI team will be really nice for this long maintenance.
      It's almost more then 1 hr servers should have been up by now. b:shutup

      more then 4 hrs allready
      normally at a job if u delay more then 5 mins u r fired!
      probs can hapen but if take 4 hrs to solve them u have a problem a big one or Maint team dont give a damn!

      Every Maint there is a problem, you guys dont know what your doing by now? shame on you. and word from anyone at PWI..no? mm well that is unusualb:irritated. come on and get this fixed, Many who have been here playing loyally through 5 years are leaving due to lack of care from PWI, and more will.

      to give u some answers why we cant log in, they must know what they mess up again, aparently they have no idea what they are doing thats why we have problemas after every maint. This time they said they had to do just a restart imagine what will happen when next update will come up lol

      Maybe 2x loves us so much it's refusing to turn off and therefore giving the crew such a hard time they've had to break out the big weps but they forgot to restock beforehand??

      Wouldn't surprise me to find out all the npc's really are in the patches china sends the maint team just lose them while installing b:chuckle

      Any particular reason you havn't listed an extension to the maintenance as of yet? Cause I'm pretty sure still on it, not that a mind thing's getting fixed, but when state gonna comment on it, well, then you kinda should, ijs :)

      +1... right now everyone has mushroom syndrome... A simple post from a PWI rep to outline the high level problem would probably buy them an incredible amount of good will and more importantly for them, patience, from a very disgruntled player base...

      Problem is that most people in charge of Customer Service areas have zero clue on managing peoples expectations.
