Cant submit a ticket

Everytime i try to use the Ticket system i get this loop issue

i cant find any reason for this. it happens on all of my machines

im trying to update my email address since i have moved and the email address was provided by the isp. and i no longer have access to it

this has been happening to me as well from multiple machines and multiple locations.. seems their support site is broken somewhat

Anyway, try clearing your cache/cookies and going to this link: https://support.perfectworld.com/app/ask and see if that helps at all. It it doesn't then send an email to customerservice@perfectworld.com and they will open the ticket for you.

thats what the link brought me too. and yes i have cleaned my browsers. including trying to use my mac to open it.
