    the servers are not actually down you can get in but it takes forever every single person I've asked on arch today have had the same issues I finally figured out the server for arch updates every 5mins and if you log in right as it does that you can get in with out the error or a time out it just takes forever to time it right but once you get in theres still plenty of ppl online but all complaining that it too forever to finally get a successful log in

    i can log in but my wife can not so its not a location issue because we are in the same house and we don't use arch

    Hm, wonder how long this will take. Is it me, or has PWI gone down ever since arc was added? I miss the old way PWI was, this "ARC" update is just a pain, can do much with it, like editing characters, which I like doing but can't since it's under arc now. Anyways I went off topic, please hurry, I want to get back to the game as soon as I can. f:cute f:grin

    Just got bored and created a quick character for dreamweaver server and even though I'm westcoast and not east all its reading right now is a 301 barely yellow connection ping, time to try the westcoasts again...b:thanks

    I am on server time..., still can't get on Heaven's Tear server... What gives, it has been over 12 hours of trying to get online... Anyone say 2 times needs to go back on and some packs for 60% off? LOL I know, good luck with that... I just want to play please... I am a retired woman and was in the hospital for last 3 days and want to be on to play now... Having withdrawals. Thank you. b:thanks NakedGirl-103 cleric from Heaven's Tear server

    Ping to the server seems not good right now, i got 2 mbps DSL broadband connection while playing on Raging Tide it shows around 1200-4200 ms which not really ok all thou i'm not lagging while moving or using any skill etc.

    U should give us a reward because of this. Really this pissed me off, man i get tired the all day, now i come to the computer relax... lalala and the problem... btw if this helps, i can't log EU and West Coast server but East coast i can. I said about the reward but... :P i wasn't serious, but, a dreamchaser code or x2 drops+exp would be good, btw i'd like to know something about christmas event if there's going to be 1 (i'm sure there is *-* and PWI's aniversary? :DDD still, please fix the servers conection issue D: ... i won't do morai today... damn issue f:weep

    Try relogging with your account. Make sure you have level 10+ character.
