    I bet an endgame archer would never kill an endgame veno in foxform. esp a demon one.

    Dunno about anyone else; but yeah, I loathe archers with a passion.

    A foxform HA veno can maybe survive them, but for me they're just pure evil. Shooting me from out of range, with stuns and stuff.

    not really since for most of the builds we are comparing stats and not overall dps/dph/efffective hp. I think that LA is a bit better than AA vit as long as you don't go r9 due to higher crit. but yeah, I like my vit build in pvp and it results in much higher profit in NW

    They are about the same if we're comparing the same gear/refines/shards. I'd point towards LA if someone wants to focus on the fox form melee skills but otherwise LA doesn't have a particular advantage over Vit AA build. It's mostly about playstyle I think. The crit-rate is dependant on the cultivation as well (Sage LA vs. Demon AA will have an even smaller difference).

    That's speaking of endgame strictly though, below that it's a whole different story.

    LA for a veno, just for the crit? b:shocked

    I admit that having more crit is really nice. I'm even wearing a LA helmet because it provides good defense, good amount of HP, and an increase of my crit rate. But going LA build completely at endgame, for me is nuts.

    I should make really endgame builds, but I really don't have time atm.

    Now, I made a comparable build with the best available LA for a veno. They have the same refine levels, and only exchanged the perfect garnets to perfect citrines.

    As you all can see the LA build loses in every stat, except on crit rate and magic damage.

    A LA veno could do more damage, but they will die a lot faster (and for that they won't be even be able to deal any damage).

    Another reason for which I think LA is not a good build for a veno is because venos are a support class, not a dd. If you play support, what you need to is live as long as posible, so you can do your job.

    what I had in mind is g16 LA vs g16 AA vit (and even there, the difference is pretty insignificant tbh; at least from what I remember from when I did a rough comparison)

    http://pwcalc.com/2be14384fd765447 Corrected some things on the 2nd link. From the LA helm/cape and tome you can restat out 46 dex and put that into mag, Str 12 points out, and the vit reduced to 3 to get 2k more mag attack and switched the ring for more mag attack/def.

    Ok, that's neat, but I would had added 6 more dex on ur build to get 180 dex, and therefore one more crit%.

    But even after those improvements, the defenses from LA are still bad.

    No joke, I have 104 strength because I'm using a +11 LA helmet. I did this because at +12 I will gain a lot of hp, enough to make up for the stats points I had to use for strength, and additionally I will gain one extra crit%.

    Do you know what "asking" is? When someone asks, you don't give any information, you are asking to receive information. I wanted to make sure this thread wasn't just about pve, because I don't like to derail good threads.

    If there is anyone here that is being useless is you, with your ignorant pointing. If you want to be useful start talking about the topic of this thread, otherwise go back to your hideout under the bridge.

    Are ya aiming for an Emperor tome in the future?
    That would probably enable you to restat some points from STR and put into VIT or MAG, whatever you like. Plus, a sexy boost in DEX for more crit (Demon mastery oh yeah~).

    Look at her helm, there are a few AA's that do this for the extra hp.
