Well assuming that you are taking advantage of sales and 15% bonus zen rewards now is actually a pretty good time to get it believe it or not since badges are usually on a 20% sale rather than 50% sale, anyways cranking out the math.

Badges = 50 for 45 silver --> 50 for 23 silver (50% sale)
Mysterious Chips = 1000 for 50 silver --> 500 for 12 silver (50% sale rounded down)
Medal of Glory = 50 gold --> 25 gold (50% sale)
Raps = 85k each (varies)
