    Yea maybe good that Pharex isnt on :P no hearts and exp to miss this way. Kinda lame he hasnt been on for 3 days without letting me know anything -.- afraid my hubby has quit the game f:despisef:strive

    now i am rly pissed off, COM'N 1 day lost oh better 2 days, no normal bh, cant do phoenix valley normal, my seeker need 2 more runs in pv to lvl, but cant cuz of DCs, no daylies, damn thisb:angry

    The engineers are working on a potential fix regarding our firewall, and are still working with our ISP to determine the exact root of the problem.

    It's probably going to be at least another couple hours before this is resolved.

    Again, I'm really sorry about our connection issues right now for EU.

    As for compensation for this downtime.... I'll talk to the team and see what I can manage.

    Internet Service Provider.

    Since we rely on other companies to provide the internets to our servers and to our players, sometimes when things go wrong on their end, it hurts our players.

    But we do our best to get everything all sorted!

    well i don't want a event x2 again for this big problem.
    I want another thing usefull maybe a sale on whole cash shop (-15%) b:laugh or a usefull thing who can repay all this prob. It's 2 days with many DC , we can't play and if we want play the server is empty xD

    The servers are inhouse... but PWI still requires an internet provider to put their servers online.

    uhm about the compensation, how about do something else for a change??
    i'm pretty sure that another 2x for any period of time will crash the market. the economy on the server is already prettty bad thanks to the excesive amounts of 2x we've had just these past few months.
    I would suggest something different, perhaps 2 weeks of 2x NW tokens or maybe a month of some new kind of event that's actually beneficial or maybe even a good packsale or +12 orbs in the boutique. Just something else for a change instead of the constant 2x. try something new for a new server b:surrender
