CrimsonJr has the best guild logo of all guilds, all servers. I challenge someone to show me a better logo.

But yeah whoever has it better flaunt it while they can. I hear CJr is super difficult to join so that may be their only chance to carry the logo over their heads with pride. b:cool

I'm SORTA not joking in the sense that....basically what CJr is is it's my alt faction I made with the aim of simply having fun. Dunno how it is on your server, but on Harshlands, the 1st and 2nd faction for example typically don't have fun TWs with each other; the skill gap/gear gap is significant enough that one typically beats the other no problem. The guilds are so old, the sides so set in stone and the outcome so predictable that they've ceased to be fun. Same with the 2nd vs. 3rd, 3rd vs 4th and so on; rarely do they provide a real challenge.

Small factions though? Totally fun. Creating a guild with the premise of inviting literally ANYONE, requiring no sign-ups or charms and just kinda winging every war? And even beating legit TW factions while you've got level 90 barbs pulling catas? Loads of fun.

Ironically, since we recruit literally anyone, we actually HAVE had several members from other servers, Archosaur included iirc, simply BECAUSE we're the first TWing faction that'll recruit them irregardless of their level or gear. Maybe someone took the name/logo and copy-pasted it over.

We have lost Cyanure's icon, green C on a black background and the blackground has green dots as well.

Our faction currently seems to have two hearts on top of each other.. right heart's corner is red and left one's corner is bright green. In the middle there's a bronze-colored area.

That's foolish, imo. I feel that "they're better geared than us" is the go-to excuse for losing a TW. Don't get me wrong, factions CAN lose because the opponent is better-geared, but I think the importance of gear is severely exaggerated. Above all, it's good coordination and teamwork that count; CrimsonJr has proven this time and time and time and time again, to the point where it's beginning to lose it's status as "underdog" despite being outgeared and outnumbered 99% of the time.
For example, one of the most common praises CrimsonJr got from people from other factions? "Holy ****, your clerics and venos actually do their jobs, can I steal them back for my main faction? Our r9 clerics don't play as good as these level 80 ones."
It's actually not that surprising at all. Lowbies learn quick that their damage simply IS NOT enough to matter and that they'll get facerolled if they try to DD. The result? They try to make themselves useful by other means, which for many support classes, it means they actually do their friggin' jobs. Venos purge and amp and are FORCED to look for windows to go in for a purge (since they're oneshots), clerics actually stay way in the back where it's safe and heal.
Hell, I remember one TW in particular that was very small, and we had maybe one well-geared level 100 squad in my faction and in the enemy faction, with the enemy faction having the better gear overall (let's say we were r8 +7 and they were +10-12, some r9) but we had more people via random lowbies. The biggest obstacle was a r9 +12 Psy (albeit HA nirvana armor, iirc) both because he hurt and because we'd hurt ourselves just trying to kill him. (in the last vid I linked for example you can see me taking more damage from a +12 Psy than I'm actually dealing...)
We HAD to resort to cata wizzies and Psys, and what did we rely on? We had a TON of low level BMs and sins. I gave the order for them to suicide on the Psy. I told them I know it's frustrating to hit the Psy and take a reflect hit that kills them, but they'd LITERALLY be saving our lives and winning the TW if they did so. I asked the lowbie BMs and sins to just focus on stun-locking that Psy, even if it kills them, while we attempted to get on the crystal with cata Psys, wizzies and archers.

They ****ing did it like bosses.

It was unbelievable. There were all these adorable little 60-80 sins and BMs all going in for stuns on that psy to keep him stunlocked, even if using Headhunt or Drake Bash meant dying in the process. And sure enough, they held out long enough for us to finish off the crystal. It was UN-****ing-believable; when I gave that order, I NEVER expected people to actually be humble enough to obey it, but all these little troopers followed that order to the T like friggin' HEROES. I wasn't lying to make them feel special; they DID win that TW for us, 100%.


But yeah, I made this guild for fun, as I said. It was mostly inspired by this "sparta week" where a faction that basically took the entire map for Harshlands was disbanding shortly after and one week immediately before map reset. It was no secret we were disbanding, and the result? EVERY SINGLE LAND on the map (save cities) was simultaneously bid by basically every guild ever. While most of us left to go join new factions, 17 of us stayed behind to sparta that ****, with impressive results. FFS, there was a day where we had 3 wars and only 3 people online, and the three of us simply each solo'ed a TW. There was another where me and the leader did a ****ing 2v30 with a Psy and wiz, moving SLOW AS BALLS down the lane, constantly covering each other from incoming DDs, BARELY making it to their crystal.

Moral of the story: If it's one thing I've DEFINITELY learned and proven though with my little alt guild? Gear importance is severely over-exaggerated in TW. It's importance is moreso being a convenient excuse for losing guilds to argue they're still tactically better than the winners, rather than actually being the legit reason people lose.
