    I think sage bm is the current superior.
    Heavens Flame returns you 3/4 a spark.
    Bell is better for your squad.
    Roar consumes less chi.
    Higher DPH
    Drakes Bash often consumes no chi at all.
    I believe Sage marrows are superior but that is really more of a preference thing.

    Plus, sage chi skill is better for blademasters.
    We AoE, we consume tons of chi.
    Gaining the chi to roar and stun and/or dragon a large group of people is much better than taking chi from only one target.

    Mainly because of
    demon roar - even op lvl 105 sins or claw-bms die when they attack me.
    demon bestial rage - 33% more chi per hit.
    demon blood bath - beeing vit build and still having 5.5k accu is nice.
    demon sunder - since they patched it it's the new armageddon for cheapies like me, w/o lost of hp.


    Also demon beast king's inspiration is nice, to gain fast 2 sparks after dieing in nw; or chi up a whole squad while waiting for next battle.


    The only benefit for sage barbs is that they have a higher survivability vs ranged mag attacks (because of the higher max hp they can gain). But the benefit isn't that high. Imo sage barbs are outdated like fist archers/barbs. For full attacks they have to switch to human form and every switch to human form is very risky and takes too much time.

    Sage Barbs are better tanks than demon barbs which makes them better flag carriers IMO.

    It's actually a thread to help me choose a good cultivation for my alts, seeming I don't tend to pay attention to cultivations of my toons apart form my main, to be honest. Don't be so quick to judge.

    Culti does not matter at the end of the day. Refine gear to +12, put in josd, be the top 0.1% geared population, either culti you can level the opposing side, provided you know the skills.

    Culti is for us mere mortals who make up the gear gap by using "class skills". You could be a sage bm, but if armour is +2, you will die, you could be a demon bm (sub par culti, not even worth mentioning these subsets of bm) and have +12 gear and be the last one standing.

    Lol, the only -chan they have is in white voodoo, and that's even only -3% which doesn't do anything. The soul of vengeance is nice, soulburn is -CD by 5 seconds, I'd rather the extended one like sage has. Psychic will demon only has 20% chance to not use a spark when sage is increased by 2 seconds (Do the math). I think you'd better look up the skills before you say such stuff.

    For NW and TW:

    Wiz - Sage
    BM - Sage
    Seeker - Sage
    Sin - Sage
    Psychic - Both
    Cleric - Both
    Archer - Demon, because demon still has far superior DD power
    Veno - Sage, mainly because of purge and amp only though
    Barb - Sage for flag/cata pulling, Demon for DDing.


    Not too sure for mystics tbh.
