Release New Fashion to the Boutique

Ok, this has been mentioned before, but I thought I should make a nice organized suggestion thread on it so it can be rallied behind.

Bottom line is, we want new fashion sets released into the boutique. We don't want them in packs. Most of us don't want to gamble spending tons of money to see if we might possibly get the fashion set. We want to be able to purchase them from the boutique under the fashion tab for a decent price.

In past years, new fashion was released after almost every maintenance into the boutique. I woke up every morning after maintenance and checked the news on the front page JUST to see the new fashion that was released and if it was worth buying. That doesn't happen anymore, and it makes me sad.

This Christmas was a huge let down. Many of us expected new holiday fashion, but all we got was a sale on the past years holiday fashion. PWI would of made a huge profit if they had released the holiday fashion with the antlers, but no, they didn't.

Fashion is a money maker. People pay for the fashion, pay for the dyes, and PWI has to do nothing but put it out there. Fashion doesn't mess with the game mechanics and isn't harmful, so why not? Fashion also attracts many female players. Let's face it, I'm shallow and I want my character to look good in cute pixels. Nothing wrong with that.

So can we see some of these fashions released into the boutique please? Maybe re-release some of the ones you put in packs into the boutique? Everyone feel free to link outfits you would like to see.

UPDATE: New fashion has been released to the boutique, though at a higher price then most of us would of liked, but none-the-less. So please keep adding fashion to the list! The one's we have on this list have been added! This thread is also being watched by our lovely CM who has helped convince some higher-ups to release fashion, so Let's get to posting people!

    Aslong as people keep buying them they will keep selling them. Can't blame them for taking advantage of dumb people.

    Any chance we could get sets that are currently pack-only released? At least, after the hype about their associated packs dies down? I think the only recent release I care about would be the Cold Comfort set, but no way in hell I'm paying 30+mil for it. >_>

    Nggggh, I wish. I'm sure they're capable of it... Just wouldn't be good for business.

    I agree with this, like... 25000000000000x. I'm so bored with the current fashion and so sick of paying through the nose for pack fashion.

    And on HT the fashion are not expensive, but REALLY expensive, I was on shock how much HT sell/pay their fash, there's no way I would pay that.

    Example: A brown sapphire dress would be sell 3m on HL while on HT you wont see it under 8-9m for sure.

    Well hey, HT IS the most awesome server after all. :P It's not really hard to find good deals if you look hard enough though. Just yesterday I grabbed an off-red Duke Rose Top for 800k and White Corsairs skirt for 2m.

    As far as releasing pack fashion into the boutique, I would love if they would do it. People who paid a fortune to get it would probably pitch a fit though. I think they could keep that fashion in the packs, so if people wanted to gamble for it they could, but they should also put it in the boutique. So that way people have the option to either buy it straight from the boutique or try to gamble it with packs to try and get it cheaper.

    I would love to see all the fashions released into the boutique, but I wanted to get an idea of the ones that people love the most, so maybe they can push these to be added first to the boutique.

    What exactly are you talking about? I'm not asking them to stop selling packs. I'm simply asking that fashion be released into the boutique. I'm not saying anyone is stupid and neither should you.

    The Boutique really holds no attraction for me anymore, the news page is dead, I check to see if there is any new fashion and if there isn't then I don't bother to read on.

    PWI must be losing 1000's of dollars/pounds/euros over the year, as pack sales go back to their normal sales level. A better idea for revenue would be to keep introducing new fashions and phase out the less popular and oldest fashions, re-introducing them as special offers throughout the year ~ pretty much in the same way as they do the half price sales and seasonal Christmas sales, that way anybody who does like/want these fashions has the opportunity to purchase them.

    I don't understand the point of the time expiry fashions, I always just sell mine straight away back to the NPC, there is no point in keeping hideous colored fashion as there is no sense in dyeing an article that won't be with you for long.

    let's take as examples the Goldfish and Gilded Ribbon fashion sets that we have received, either as time expiry items or seasonal gifts for loyalty, neither of these sets are complete, both of them are missing the hairstyles. Why ? I know I would buy these sets or at least part of the set, for the hair alone.

    Must bump this thread... And if they do release it, I think you would have to disregard 90% of the female population and 99% of the male population that plays female toons.

    I'm surprised no one said Courtesan Set even though Cold Comfort was mentioned, and the 2011 Xmas set for both gender.

    Can I just add that I want ALL unreleased fash, released? I see a lot of them doesn't even touch the political side.

    I don't have much money myself, but I actually like that SOME of the items are expensive xD... Because, it makes them rare if not so many poeple can afford to buy them - there are few poeple who are like born rich, they can buy it from cash shop, and sell it, so I have a chance to earn a lot of in game money and buy it from them =^.^=
    ...Don't know if it really make senses, guess I just think it is fun when some things are hard to get, it gives me a goal, lol xD... AS LONG as there also are good looking fashion, that I can afford, and wear, until I have saved up! =^.^=

    Btw, the same goes for fashion that is only in boutique for a short amount of time, think it would be pretty cool if that way there were, maybe a dress, that only those who logged in that week have. (It would also be good for them to make money, that way poeple would be pressed to buy it, before it disappeard from the shop again xD... evil :b) -but the item HAVE to be permenent, I would never buy anything that I couldn't keep! b:flower
