...Don't know if it really make senses, guess I just think it is fun when some things are hard to get, it gives me a goal, lol xD... AS LONG as there also are good looking fashion, that I can afford, and wear, until I have saved up! =^.^=
Btw, the same goes for fashion that is only in boutique for a short amount of time, think it would be pretty cool if that way there were, maybe a dress, that only those who logged in that week have. (It would also be good for them to make money, that way poeple would be pressed to buy it, before it disappeard from the shop again xD... evil :b) -but the item HAVE to be permenent, I would never buy anything that I couldn't keep! b:flower
A lot of people are upset about this blossom outfit being much more expensive then the other outfits when it has nothing special to it. If it added a dance or had some pretty effects to it, it might be worth the $10 top, but it doesn't. Because it doesn't have anything special to it, it should be the price of the rest of the regular fashion in the boutique, which is about $4-6 for the top. If it had something special to it, there would be a reason it would be rare, expensive fashion to have, but there isnt.[SIGPIC]http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa85/kitsunekatie/guild stuff/allcharsig1-1.jpg [/SIGPIC]

I agree with that, of course it would make much more sense if you got something special for a special price b:victory0 -

Thanks Val!
I'll keep adding to the list and mark off stuff as it is added to the boutique. This will help keep everyone in check about what has and hasn't been added to the boutique.

I find the top to that one adorable, but ecatomb does not have it's translated name yet. I know it is "Cherry" something but can I get a nice translation of it? Don't google translate it for me, because then it just sounds weird.
Can I get a translation on this one too? http://ecatomb.net/cash%20shop/fashion/femme/f128.jpg
We also need some more male fashion. I'm digging around old threads and adding what some people have mentioned before to the list.0 -
PLEASE ADD the Aesthetic set!!!!!! It has been listed in ecatombs for well over a year0

Not a fan of the set either, however I love the hair itself. It look quite classy and easy to mix with long dresses.
I have a feeling if they do release that set, they are going to set it to be 40 gold for the whole set since it sparkles. LOLOLOL.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Having this one on boutique would be awesome too, I just have seen GM's with them...

Some of the fashion listed is already in the game but is in packs. This is a list of fashion we want released into the boutique, which includes pack fashion. We shouldn't have to gamble to get fashion. We want to be able to just buy it directly from the boutique.
I'll make sure to add the new fashion listed, although some of those are already listed.PetalaRubra - Dreamweaver wrote: »White Dove Set

White dove is Parakeet, Tough Leather* is Survivor. Those are the names from private servers actually.

You're welcome (: And it does lmao. That is why I like it, kinda gives the cool feeling somehow.
Oh and these haven't been named yet, but I think I should add them anyway.

I love fashion as much as the next person but what does it say about us if things like posting revamped TW rules in an easy to find location, different TW maps for each territory, and a core connect chat box receives almost no hits while this has been on top for weeks...nothing personal ijs alot of really good and needed changes being overlooked for fashion."With or without it you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. I find fashion to be pretty important, it enhances the gameplay experience by giving us a sense of individuality and ownership of our characters appearance, allows us to distinguish friend from foe, and is something that unites all different kinds of players. TW effects such a very small portion of the playerbase. Whereas new player or veteran, high level or low level, rich or poor, anyone can enjoy fashion. Which is why I find the new trend of making it pack exclusive or super high priced so troubling. There is a core connect chat box, nobody liked it. Or least, I never heard anyone saying anything positive about core client. I think at this point the problem with it is is that people are already used to msn/skype/RC/Vent so enough people who do have core client didn't use it. Making it useless for the ones that did. I didn't mind it actually. And players can edit the tw page of the wiki anytime they want. If it doesn't have the info on that you want, put it on there. i find the wiki is a pretty easy to find, access, and use personally. It's player edited.http://pwi-wiki.perfectworld.com/index.php/Territory_War0

I wanted to add them but I wasn't sure of the names since they were in chinese. I didn't want to name them something and it not really be a correct translation. I hate just google translating stuff because it doesn't actually do a very good job.
Anyway, personally for me for the guys clothing, I really want the End of Era set to come out. I like the top.CreamDrinker - Dreamweaver wrote: »I love fashion as much as the next person but what does it say about us if things like posting revamped TW rules in an easy to find location, different TW maps for each territory, and a core connect chat box receives almost no hits while this has been on top for weeks...nothing personal ijs alot of really good and needed changes being overlooked for fashion.
Just because fashion isn't the top priority for you in game, doesn't mean it isn't important. Two of the problems you listed aren't that serious either, and the other is much more difficult for the developers to do.The fashion is something important to players, an easy fix, and makes the company money. It's also something easily able to comment on, whether it be on the price, how it looks, or which fashions people would like to see. That is why it has stayed on the top of the suggestion box for a while now. You can only make so many comments on how core client sucks.oVenusArmanio wrote: »I find fashion to be pretty important, it enhances the gameplay experience by giving us a sense of individuality and ownership of our characters appearance, allows us to distinguish friend from foe, and is something that unites all different kinds of players. Wait you don't think it's important that the revamped TW rules are easy to find? There are hundreds of factions out there that want to TW and get surprised bc they don't know that the price of towers have gone up. (only 1 example) and most ppl think that CORE Connect is a great idea, just a broken great idea. The problem is that it's slow and takes forever to load.
And I find your argument that "players can edit the wiki at any time" particularly troubling. This is precisely why wiki's are not considered valid sources on any research project. It's the GM's RESPONSIBILITY to make sure all game play changes are easy to find and documented. Not doing so is just neglectful and defending it is just denial.
I am honestly concerned about the future of the game when this is the response of a moderator only thing worse is if a GM or customer service rep would have said this."With or without it you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion"-Steven Weinberg0 -
I understand that changing the maps is difficult, and I'm a little disgusted that people don't think it's important to update rule changes of any kind in the official spot you find those rules http://pwi.perfectworld.com/gameinfo/advinfo/territory case in point. But I'm not mad at the GM's on this one necessarily, I'm a little shocked and disgusted that the players only give a damn about fashion. Fashion doesn't fix anything or solve any problems game play wise all it's gonna do is distract people for a little longer, but eventually the novelty is gonna wear off. In the last year some major players and big time cash spenders have up and left the game. If that is not cause for concern to you ppl then I guess I'll see you elsewhere when the game dies."With or without it you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion"-Steven Weinberg0

let's not derail the thread any further with this. If you would like to discuss it, make a new thread on those topics. If you want to discuss it further with me, take it to the pms. By the way, I'm a player the same as you. What I say has nothing to do with PWI's future.
edit: The gameinfo page has not been updated in ages, you can find tw related things on the wiki which is also official. If something on the wiki is out of date you can change it yourself.
edit2: And by the way, fashion does affect my gameplay. I cannot enjoy any game, no matter how well it is done, if I'm constantly thinking to myself "god my character is so ugly, I wish I could change it. It doesn't even fit in. I look like a skittle," etc. Fashion allows me to actually enjoy the game. From a pure gameplay standard, I do tend too rate an issue's importance also by how many people it affects. Fashion affects everyone, TW is the most exclusive thing in this game that thousands of players will never be able to enjoy. That's just my opinion about why I'd be more likely to talk in this thread than in about the other issues. It affects me and most of the people I know. It's not worth more or less than your own experience. And people can bump and discuss whatever issues they want to discuss. Importance is relative. And I actually agree that the gameplay page should be updated to reflect the new tw rules. But that doesn't mean people shouldn't be discussing the fashion and there isn't any reason to derail a thread over it.

I am not saying that fashion is a bad thing but I am saying there are more important issues than just fashion.
Personally I love the fashion feature, some games your gear doubles as your fashion and it sux bc then you end up with 'fashion' that you think looks horrible but you can't change it bc you need the stats on it.
But what I am saying is that this game is suffering so maybe it would be wise if we start +ing different topics is all."With or without it you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion"-Steven Weinberg0 -

As crazy as that sound some people play for the fashion and would not play the game if there was no fashion.
Not everyone play for the same reason, for some people that can be considered stupid, but for some it's important.
The suggestion section is for every suggestions, important or not.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

You people are really good at misunderstanding me but that's ok fashion alone won't keep the game alive really is my only point. Idk how many times I have to say it's a great feature for ppl to realize I actually like the fashion in the game. Maybe it's when I say things like considering the massive loss in long time players in the last year we should maybe start to support other suggestions as well. Not sure how that means we have to ignore fashion. Maybe I'm not being articulate enough."With or without it you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. All i wanted to do was bring up a suggestion that i felt was important to me. That is what the suggestion box is for. I'm not going to argue that one thing is more important than another, because that is completely subjective to who you are as a player. Fashion is just one of those things that can easily be commented on and discussed. This isnt just a +1 topic. People have been listing fashion they wanted so that i could update my list and let our CM know what to pass onto someone else at work. And surprise, surprise..it worked. They have started adding fashion again since they were notified that players wanted it.
It isnt my fault that the other threads arent getting as much attention, and this isnt the place to complain about that. In all honesty, the revamping r9 thread has been getting much more attention. Or maybe you think making weapons prettier is just as unimportant as the fashion? Since I dont have that armor, im not as active in that thread. Same goes for tw threads. It isnt my fault that the playerbase likes fashion more then posting tw rules or fixing a core client that has never worked correctly. I just brought the subject up cause it was something needed to be fixed, just like everything else in the suggestion box.
Edit: Basically, people have been saying the game has been dying for years, and it is still here. Post count in a thread doesnt dictate what gets updated first, the devs,GMs, and company decide that. Everything in the suggestion thread is looked at and passed on to our CM who then passes it along to the higher ups. From there, he tries his best to convince them to add things to the game. Val is a great CM, especially compared to our past one. Some things fix faster than others. Ini editing was a quick fix that took years to convince the higher ups to allow. Some things just happen that way. Fashion just happened to be easier to fix and it is the newest thing that changed recently, so its going to get attention. It will die down and something else will spark everyone's attention. Im sorry that the problems you find more important havent been "+1'd". That however doesnt mean they havent been looked at.0 -
