    Because there will always be problems in a IT-Infrastructure. Guys this is totally common in this business, sometimes it occurs that they must face problems that take their time to get fixed. You should better prey that your chars are still avaible on the West Coast Servers =P That could possibly happen though they doing a great job^^ it never happend in all these years.
