I am kinda a retired player. School has kept me away from this game. I miss PWI. Every year I install PWI during christmas because I love snow and snowmen. So are there gonna be snowmen this year? b:pleased

    barbs can get boutique hats via .ini file editing. There's a thread on that in the barb section.

    In the meantime all other games have their Xmas events running. I have a suggestion , if the money u make being as greedy a you are are not motivation enough to put up something that pleases the players then start charging for snow, maybe it works.

    You don't need a maintenance or patch for the snowmen to show up.
    A lot of npc and mobs can be triggered on or turned off while the game is running if they already exist in files. Snowmen have been in the files long before pwi has existed.

    For example, the arch invasion events. Those are triggered by gms.
    Daily or weekly events like the celestial tigers are automated by the server.

    Basically, whatever shows up after server reset is automated by the server, anything that requires a gm to interfere is not set to turn on automatically (though this can be changed).

    I would really like to see these amazing snowmen once again ... my last christmas with PWI was CRUSHED I was really looking forward to my old **** talking snowmen lol Hopefully that have the power to face me once more in 8000 v 1 :D

    Comparing our current client data files with older data files that I know for a fact have working snowmen, I can say without a doubt, snowmen are fixed and there is no reason not to activate them.
