How can a GM spawn several bosses wich drops molds for r9 and nv 3rd recast?

People spend hours in warsong to get the mold they want, meanwhile somone accidentally pick it up from a boss in west arch wich a GM killed...

This is so ridiculous b:sad

Molds are ****... its the badges that matter. Unless you see a GM spawning badges... anyone geared enough to do warsong couldn't care less.

    3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.

Hope it's a joke lol. They are not allowed to use GM powers out of "meet GM event" and even then they are limited to what they are allowed to do. They can't even use their GM powers to help their normal characters. They just have it to help people(like create items that are a replica of what a person lost when they were ****)

i cant be bothered to go to youtube and search for the literally hundreds of videos of GMs spawning stuff for the hell of it.
With the living avatars of friendship by your side and the orbital friendship cannon at your back, look the wraiths in there soulless eyes and ask them. "will you accept my friendship undead scum?"

well considering i know some people with more then enough badges to make and recast their weap that have no mold i would presume they would be quite pissed knowing some1 got it cuz GMs spawned and killed a boss
    but hey!

When and where? Love dino doesn't count. And it would have been a special event for that to happen since it's against their duty to do such. They spawned harpy wraith at meet GM's event. Nothing stronger.

But he does have a life, that's how he is able to play this game you know because when you are dead you can't play anymore.

Would love to know how you know the rules of conduct for PWI gms, unless you are one. In which case you should be posting from your GM account. >> Anyway there are videos on youtube of GMs spawning mobs and such randomly on occasion. Sort of spur of the moment meet and greets it's never for one person's benefit. From what I gathered from OP, one of the mobs dropped a mold in this incidence and that person is jealous because someone else got lucky.

Are there GM's on private servers? Do they hold similar functions as the gms on the real servers?

I don't play private servers. Anyway this boss couldn't have dropped anything as immune to damage but hell here's what i get from literally 2 seconds of searching from youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNSh30mF6lY And that's just one example of a bored GM coming on and spawning a boss. :P

Yes to both questions, but here is the thing about GM's on private servers:

they tend to AVOID doing such events. About all they will usually do for a player on their server, is return any lost gear via getting **** or somebody being stupid and selling it.

They will host forum events for their server, and that is pretty much it.

During Meet a Gm event, I asked them questions like "Can you use GM powers on your normal characters?" and such...practically all the answers were no, and she said she was not allowed to do anything that interferes with normal game play. Only things like create items that were identical to the items some1 had and lost when ****(if **** case was proved), or like I saw on youtube spawning a harmless no-drop Love dino but nothing that can interfere with the game or game economy. I suppose spawning Harpy Wraith at the Meet a GM event with the drops was allowed for that only. Tho it's drops are sorta useless.

This. Especially since it's more likely against their rules to disclose full information on their job and abilities. Plus there are multiple types of GMs most likely and each would have their own rules.

Not to mention Sihndra was showing up and dropping harpy wraiths one people for a little while. I think he hit every server at least once but he definitely hit DW more than once. And the Rank 9 mold ones aren't going to really mess with the economy. They aren't tradeable and third cast is insanely expensive. It's not like oh that guy got a single g16 mold and no badges, wtf economy broken.

I think that all the evidence from years of GM's getting bored and dropping harpy wraith on people and all the videos kinda show that, that just isn't true. And I think they were mostly referring to the fact that they aren't supposed to show up everyday, can't drop molds for individuals just for fun, that kind of thing then they can't do improptu events. Which have happened several times.

For those of you that are curious...

The range of a gm's abilities in game looks something like this:
    "gm_kickout_role"
    "gm_kickout_user"
    "gm_list_user"
    "gm_online_num"
    "gm_restart_sev"
    "gm_shutup_role"
    "gm_shutup_user"
    "gm_moveto_player"
    "gm_callin_player"
    "gm_broadcast"
    "gm_showid"
    "gm_forbid_role"
    "gm_trigger_chat"
    "gm_generate"

This is part of a list that can be found in the files.
These are commands that can be used through the debugging console (which can be accessed by anyone) if you have a gm account. If you don't have gm powers, these commands are worthless to you.
There are more commands on that list that can be used by anyone, but I won't go into that or how to even open up the debug console.
GMs also have their own console in game (evidence of this is in files, but cannot be accessed to without gm account) which presumably have these commands already built into and possibly a few more features (I'm sure those player reports of hackings have to go somewhere...).

The French GM, Regerem?, not sure how to spell his name properly, spawned a bunch of different bosses before they started the Archosaur Assault event today. Bosses included Dismal Shade (lol) the final boss from Caster Nirvana, a couple World Bosses such as Soul Hunter and a ton of Vile: The Incacerate. Lots of molds dropped as well as Essences.

And to make up for all the greedy people randomly snatching molds without looking, he spawned about 10 Vile bosses at the end before he left and one shotted them all and asked people to only pick the molds if they needed. Most people complied with his request and I saw about 3 dagger molds...so...if they aren't allowed to do that then I guess somebody should fill him in.

Yes(but not the official ones here obviously) and yes. Am not allowed to get into detail specifics. Private PWI servers are NO FUN though, you're better off here ironically..
