And well, I've done several warsong, I still don't have the weapon mold I need but hey, that's not a reason to be jealous and complain about others being more lucky. I would be pissed off if it was the case of a greedy one but I don't really see how this GM little event falls into this category.

Exactly what Desdi said.

There was a post on the bm forums, where we posted after how many runs we got our first fist/claw mold drop. Mine was 40+ runs before i saw mine. Others had similar experiences. If people want their mold the first run they do warsong, in that case i think pwi might not be a good match.

Do you get mad that there are contests IRL? Some people get all kinds of prizes for doing those. Do you rage because lotteries, contests, raffles, and things like bingo tournaments exist? Do you picket casinos? Because the people who do those tend to win stuff that other people had to put in actual work to do. Someone got lucky, no need for jealousy. It's not like they can use those molds without running warsong. And even if they could, who cares? It doesn't take your things away.

It's not like the badges were dropped too. They'll still have to run regardless.

Complaining is normal. Annoying at times but normal. Just don't try to act justified about it when you know if you swapped positions you'd be absolutely fine with whatever you're complaining about.

wise words, and I agree with you. I simply don't want people to see "me" as an idiot, even though I am, time to time. The thread was basically made to make other people see how unfair things can be.

Fair enough. As Venos said, at least you're willing to admit it and that alone puts you ahead of a vast majority.

From what I've been told, Regerem does this on a regular basis. So I'd be willing to bet you can expect it before most of, if not all, of the Assault events.

Make a squad full of decent DD and a cleric and grab the bosses on the fringes, less likely to have competition for those ones. Just make sure squad is on free and you've got rules set down for how the molds go.

First off, thanks for the information, appreciate it.

Second: I rather farm full warsong, cause when I get my mold I want to be proud of myself, of what I've gone through. Knowing that I have worked for it just like all my other gears.

Although, I tried to get a squad the other day, but they denied my request.

I still don't get this, you need 4 things to make a g16, and the most important of which is the badges. If you get a weapon, that will take 0~8 rerolls usually. People do 0~4 armour. It also requires the person to have g15 version already, and not in the future.

G16 weapon = 60 badges
8 reroll = 160 badges

G16 Armour 1 piece = 30 badges
5 pieces = 150 badges
Reroll = 8 badges
Re roll 4 times for 5 pieces = 160 badges

Total badges for weapon = 60~220
Total badges for armour = 30~310

Total badges required = 30~540.

If you do full runs that means 5~90 full runs. You are complaining that during those runs your mold has not dropped, and someone else picks it up when a gm spawns the boss? If you only did 5 runs, i might agree, but warsong takes 30~45 minutes, not any longer or shorter than other instances. So doing a few extra runs for the mold is fine as well. If during 90 runs you get none of your molds, you are running with the wrong people.

If someone has the badges already and they pick it for the alt, that is awesome for them, they put the hard work of getting badges. If people picked the molds to npc, slightly mean, but nothing wrong there, having more dd = the person who gets the mold gets to choose.

G16 is not about the mold, molds are useless until you have the badges. Badges and molds are useless if you don't have the g15.

When G16 came out, people in faction complained because we didn't take them to warsong runs. These people had tt99 weapon/armour, and didn't have the canny to get g15 in the next few months. Those of us who ran it, already had our g15 gear done and only needed the molds and badges. The people who complained also could not solo a pavilion. Just because the g16 was the new fashionable thing to do, doesn't mean it is for everyone. People now sell their crafting services at 400k~700k per badge, and they can't find buyers. I still sell weapons to people for 100~120m and rerolls at 40m when ever i have the extra badges. That is because i do the full runs, i put in the work, i have full sets of HA, AA, LA armour, and most of the weapon molds, if someone gets a mold from a boss spawned by a gm, i would say "congratulations" to that person and be happy for them, they either made 50k~200k coins or got themselves a g16 gear piece, i would not call it unfair.

This was my point, I wasn't complaining about it at all. Personally I'm just happy that our GMs are active as opposed to other servers.

Honestly I'd rather get my stuff by actually farming it but I'll take a break where I can get one (especially a freebie). I've done...maybe 40 full WS runs so far and I've only seen the fists drop once and the Nirvana wand once, both of which I was after. I ended up getting my fist mold from the bosses spawned by the GM as well as the wand mold (for my wifes' veno).

This all doesn't change the fact that we still have to go farm the essences and badges though.
