    R9 isn't even accessible for the majority of the playerbase. There was a certain time, before too many people got R9, where PWI made R8 accessible to everyone and the server had a ton of players and pvp going on.

    Actually even now, a LOT of players have R8 weps. But to these players, the game essentially hasn't really been updated in over a year+, because they have nowhere to go with their R8 gears. R9 is just as insanely expensive as ever before, and the new content doesn't matter to most players at all. New warsong recast mats sell for under a million on my server now and no one runs it.

    PWI wants to try and milk the money as long as possible, but it's honestly at the cost of losing most of their playerbase. It's a flawed logic/strategy but until management decides to actually change it's ways its just easier for them to stay the same and do what's "kinda" working.

    Even worse is sharding and refines. If they just made those more accessible and kept the gears expensive it would change things a lot.

    *Thinks how many demon/sage card promtions there been recently for event gold....*thinks of heroic chest promtion for mirages....*thinks of morai shard costs...* ...lolwut? you can shard w/ perfect grade shards and easly refine armor/wep to +8/9 now w/o using orbs...how much more accessible do you want it?? 0_o
    full 3r9 +11/12 (still using immac shards though) w/o CSing, leveled to 105 spaming pv, yes i have no life =D

    Well I just had to check and it looks like you are right. They are very accessible. I just logged back in and it looks like everyone on the server has +10 and 24 Vit stones in their gears. Most even have +12 and full JoSD. Looks like PvP is saved after all.

    There's a HUGE difference between perfect shards and JoSD, and even vit stones. In some cases vit gives double the hp perfect gives, as well as adding extra armor/m. def. In the past few months JoSD and vit stone prices have skyrocketed to insane levels.

    Going by cat shop prices on my server, it would cost about the same as full rank 9 to go full JoSD. Not sure about +12 at the moment, but I am sure it is high as hell too. I think 24 Vit stones would be somewhere around 400 bucks if straight cashed.

    R9 is more expensive than before. Much, much more expensive than before. When R9 first became available, gold was low and R9's worth is coins was almost equivalent to 2nd cast. In addition, MoG were available in DQP.

    i gave the idea for adding the wedding candy's option or lowering the current costs by alot to make r9 s2 at the beginning of june.

    from what i know of r9s3 ppl on HT there are atleast 3~4 sins with just the weapon 1 sin with the full set, mono (bm) has full r9s3 set. and im sure there more ppl who have r9s3 but u rarely see them. and some ppl just quit after geting something expensive like accellerator (plazmastryke's sin) with warsoul daggers when they added r9.

    and some ppl use old gear in public places to hide their real gear so its hard to really say how much r9s3 ppl are out there.

    yea there is a few full R9 3rd cast on our server in my faction alone we have a full R9 3rd cast bm (Mono) and also have a full r9 3rd cast sin who is full +12 wih +2 def shards in his armor ( Tang) we also have quite a few ppl working on here 3rd cast as well im curently working on my psys r9 3rd cast :)

    so gold rises at 2-3m, u just need 9 summerwind to make full R9r b:chuckle for 3 summerwind at 33 gold each u pay 297 for all, the best idea is lower the cost in cannys and raps

    Isn't there already well more than 90k tokens in circulation within the PWI world?

    There is an Archer on Harshlands that has full r9 3rd cast +12 with full JoSD, and Vit Stones (Bow is still 1st cast tho).
