    i always said i'd never be aps.. untill i realized tha the game has gone so far downhill that it is EXTREMELY rare for a non-aps archer to get into things such as vana. so, aps i went o.o

    Roll a class that can actually get BP then. Paint on a ranged class like an archer is just broken.

    It's more like you cant find friends or faction members to take you. That's a personal problem.
    Roll a sin and stash your gear over if you want BP that bad. Archers using fists is like a Wizard using LA or a HA Cleric or a Fist barb (even though they can get bp). I could go on ranting about how stupid these classes become when they try to pvp with them and get facerolled because they rolled farming stats.

    Fists/Claws have such a low str requirement that pure dex archers can use them without restating. It just takes a few gear changes.

    Uh Dear.... the Difference is about 40 stat points. That isn't pure or something you get get with just a "few" gear changes unless you got 10+ str in ring enrgraves in your bands of heaven jail. And then if that was the case why waste the coin on it when you could've made a sin. Archers are a PvP DD class like a psy and wizard. Don't ruin it with that aps garbage.

    I think he meant BP for melee attacks... Sins don't get BP with bows, after all :P

    If you claim to be pure dex then your end gear should be giving you stats that ends up with having 104~105 strength and that INCLUDES adds from gear (thus 104~105 green stats), end of line.
    Anything above that at lvl 100~105 can not be considered pure dex in my book.

    I said a pure dex archer wouldn't have to Restat. I never said they'd be considered pure dex after switching gear. Most clawchers have two sets of gear anyway. My comment is still true.

    Your "Archers are supposed to be blabla" comment gave me a good chuckle.

    I still don't see where you're getting the 41~42 Str difference in gear ALONE to the addition of the adds already to put you at the 104~105 minimum without coin sinking a sht ton of money to waste. And duh they would have to. So you're still proving your "comment" false.

    They should remove BP from the game all together. It was never needed before RT and if you really need heals you should bring a damn cleric. Assassins shouldn't be a healing class.

    They remove BP and we lose 80% of the remaining players because they don't know how to play without it.

    You obviously don't understand. From the get-go your stats for 104~105 str will be green before any changes of gear. This includes Tome so swapping it out for a 300mil tome (which you should've just made a dam sin at that point instead.) wont exactly work how you want it to. So I see 22 str from changing rings and belt. Rest would have no str or be there from base for the 105 str. Thus still short 19~20 str.

    This is a typical pure dex archer build prior to gear swapping. That's if they can afford a LUAD instead of just a PanGu or a crappier tome. otherwise the deficit of str points is even higher.

    You dont seem to grasp the 105 str with green stats only (under 105 with white stats) before gear changes.
    Use this for your base and without spending 15mil+ per ring engrave or 300+mil for a tome swap get the minimum of 146 str.

    I'm an archer, not a bm. I don't feel the need to use more than that for pve.

    PS. Don't underestimate GVs, they do about as much damage as Deicides below like +7 refine because of the effect. You can look in the Archer forums for the math if you are skeptical.

    I'm quite aware of the proc. However if you're going to use those crappy fists why do you need BP. you're not going to tank anything with that. And who said anything about Lunar Claws. I was looking at Recast Nirvana with Blood Vengeance on it. Derp derp derp.

    And to your edit with that. You're spending millions to gear swap out to keep the "pure" archer.

    20mil just for the hat. a few mil for the ring engrave. not to mention refining and sharding the different pieces so they aren't completely noobish....
