Some people excel at different things. However, some people I've only had the pleasure of being on their side so I don't know how their targets feel about it. So I guess I will include both people I like to play with and people I like to play against (or rather, don't want to play against, cuz it hurts
)
BM: Denrae and Sgt never cease to amaze me how much they can accomplish in TW without uber gears. They will always have my respect for that. Somehow they get their stuns and HFs off while being highly disadvantaged in gear and for that that alone I put them above other BMs who might be equally skilled but have the gear to lean on.
Ehmi has the most balls of any BM. He's always out in the front, often where even his teamates with their 32m range cannot help him (GRRR). He has the guts to do what other BMs do not, even those much better geared than he is. I would also give kasmog credit for this, though he doesn't play anymore. These BMs get their job done.
Pacha and Ehmi are the best BM PK allies anyone can ask for. They're both very aware and support all their teammates well.

And lastly, of all the BMs I've played against in TW, I have to say the most effective (read: most annoying to me) were Fro, Beuhar, and warlord. Also xWinterfresh from back in the day, but I doubt many of you remember him these days.
Oh yes, Hong, the original 5 vit crazy HF BM. For his short shorts.
Wizard: Scrubby, hands down.
Although I also have to add that the most annoying wizards I've ever played against were jxn and Tsungfai. Scrubby had scrub gear back then, but I always had the hardest time catching jxn's hax kiting skills with my **** gear. Tsung may have had majorly CSed gear, but he used it well.
Evanera, though I haven't had many chances to PK with him, also has really good awareness. In addition to stacking damage, I find him always ready to save a teammate under attack if his cooldowns allow it.
Sorry Honesty but you're an easy kill. Pewpew.
Archer: I've always been picky about archers because I am an archer. However, there are a few archers who've earned my respect.
thehate, because no one ever sees him coming and he somehow gets so much done with less HP. Efficient and effective use of skills. I hated playing against him when he was in Tao too, because I COULD NEVER SEE HIM COMING. Hoshimi is also like that, but he's less sneaky.
MilkyWay. It's been a while since he's played archer, but my earliest play styles were heavily influenced by him.
Also I love to kill oOo but he keeps running away :<
Kiyoshi simply for the fact that he's the biggest most shameless flirt.
Cleric: Marin and Gale are the best support clerics I've ever had the pleasure of playing with. You know they're good if Pie and I start fighting over them in squad leader meetings. We like our beautiful clerics.
Clerics tend to be archer food but when it comes to Ariarra and April I actually have to think and try instead of just point and shoot. Not simply because they have uber gear but also timely use of apoth and genie skills.
Metal mage award goes to Nubis, obviously. That category was made for him!
Venomancers: I always see Mori and Sasha get nice purges off. LadyDabria and Andro were great as well when they were still venos. Aviax was always one of the most reliable venos to have.
However perhaps because I am such an old player, when it comes to venos I respect, Antigone comes to mind first. He pioneered veno play, even though he quit.
More recently though, when it comes to venos, I'd have to say Jen is top veno. You could say it's gear, but as I said before, knowing how to use your gear is just as important as having it, and Jen both has the gear and knows how to use it.
Barbs: Hojuken most annoying barb >=( He's like impossible to kill. And he keeps trying to arma me. GRRRR.
Kashin pro arma barb. No one shall ever be equal to the legend of Kashin running dropping on you from his shade manta and dropping uber armas. He even oneshots other barbs! But bramble made him sadface
Brandonsan for reflexes/speed and pure balls. I mean come on, what other barb would charge by himself into like 30 people and arma just for lulz?

MIKEEEY, best buff ****.
Mystics: LadyDonnica and Mayatheia. As a relatively new class I don't really know what is actually good or bad, but I find their presence to be most noticeable in TW.
I can't say any mystics give me trouble in TW. Maybe Retsuko the few times I got to TW against Rad for sneaking up to me and sealing me instead of like the other mystics who think their 1000 damage nukes are gonna kill me.
Seekers: Whirlwind. Great to have him in my squad, even though it was only once. Very gutsy and helps the front lines a lot.
Don't have any problems playing against any seekers. Sure some of them have tanky gear but meh, none have made an impression.
Assassins: Easy mode class has no pro mode.
Well except Xyrex, who pioneered sin play. King of sins.
OnTheEdge is also a strong sin in TW, as nonsensical as it sounds to have a useful sin in TW.
Psychics: Ehmi is the best psychic.
Only tightend can kill me consistently enough to mention. I used to have to do some chasing to kill Evyxus but I think his gear fell behind too much.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Cleric: I kinda like KorAnubis's style. I miss Greater_Loon b:sad
Archer: Ummm, idk, I heard oOo is a pain in the butt, literally.
BM: I always ran away from Kugav. I remember before gears were stupid, he tanked and killed me and 2 others ;o
Wizzy: None cos none have hit me over 30k yet b:thanks But Scrubby is scary
Psychic: No idea, whoever forked out for the highest refines and knows what a voodoo is I suppose0 -
Maybe fun to mention some names, just for memories sake.
Of course i can't mention people i never played with or against. And i never PK so can't say anything about that. And i notice those who i play against more then my own guildies.
And Aesthor mentioned my mystic b:shocked I doubt i was really decent enough when we fought enrage though. But it sucks when there's no other more experienced mystic around to tell you what to improve lol.
BM: Denrae, Beuhar, Sano, Ehmi, kugav
Denrae was great for what he did with crappy gear when i played with and against him.
Archer: LegendaryBis, Fyren, thehate
These archers stood out to me as most painful ones. Now any r9 archer hurts obviously.
Assassin: Xyrex
Back in the day when it was just nirvana to set you apart, it was xyrex who was the only sin that gave my veno trouble.
Venomancer: Chireu, SashaGray
Chireu was the best veno i've ever seen in TW. SashaGray was the only veno who ever used Stunning Blow on me which helped to kill me.
Wizard: There was one enrage wizard, but i forgot his name. Stopped playing a long time ago. But i know he was a real pain besides Evanera and tsungfai.
Barbarian: Kashin, The_Wall, _blazin, mutzz, domgrath
Either good at DD or good cata pullers.
Psychic: Mothball
Simply hurts.
Cleric: Jasrina, Alphanei, KoraNubis
I love to have jasrina as support cleric in PvE. Alphanei is really tough to kill and koranubis knows how to kill. Can't say who the best support cleric is in TW to be honest. There are quite a few who are good. Just not aware of them....
Mystic: No idea
Seriously haven't seen any of them really in action. And as mystic trying to kill another mystic isn't always a good idea, especially if the other mystic is well geared.
Seeker: Ergosphere?
Only seeker who managed to kill me in a TW before r9 for earthguard came out.

I judge "best players" based on simple efficiency(at what they designed their toon to do)/gear. I will say now that my judgement of support classes will be biased towards those I have fought with, and my judgement of offensive classes will be biased towards those I have fought against...just because of the role of the respective classes.
My credibility is probably going to go out the window for this post.
BM: This one goes to Denrae, hands down. If only active players are in consideration, and you know I am going to say this, Beuhar_fr. I cannot share how I rank Sano in here for obvious reasons.
Wizard: Scrubs. 5char.
Veno: Chireu was uncomparable to any veno I can think of at the moment. Decent but not op gear, amazing gameplay. Actives, I cannot say because I just started fighting Radiance like 2 weeks ago and they just added a million venos to my list of options.
Barb: Hmn...Tamaska. He cycled survivals like no other barb I've ever seen in my 3 years of cat killing and timed them as if his computer had 0 ping and 100fps. Actives: Matroskin for the same reason as Tamaska (hence why he was my fav cat barb to heal in Enrage), and may Karma forgive me, BeastisBoss for grabbing the opportune moments for his deadly arma. Not all barbs pull.
Archer: Actives: I don't care what you say, but my answer here is Noveriot. He knows how much his gear can buy him on the field and is well...efficient with it. His judgement and positioning in tw is phenomenal with what he's got. Over my pwi existence though, I would give this title to Fyren for being able to kill while facerolling on his kb. There are tons of archers I would consider very decent, but making a list of them all and forgetting a few would make Alpha sad.
Cleric: Once again, nobody would probably trust me on this one, but I believe this one goes to WaterfaIIs. Not a single piece of r9 but has quick reactions and smart positioning. Like Nov, she knows her gear, knows when attacking/CCing would save her teammates faster than supporting. She would equal 3x Alphas if only my gear were tradable to her.
Mystic: Jasriana. What can I say? Plays a mystic the way it should be played, both offensively and supportively...and does it best.
Seeker: Uh...so far out of all the seekers I've been with/gone against, I have yet to figure out its main role and style. Therefore, without understanding that, I cannot judge efficiency.
TB: You know how I think of tbs. I won't even bother posting b/c its not gonna be as objective as I like lol.

Beuhar is already on my list. I definitely would agree with Taleon. I see him a lot on the field, and is very good at saving his teammates, even those out of his squad.
Suntear is one of the slowest BMs I've ever seen. There's a bunch of people with nice gears and it takes a few extra hits to kill them just cuz of that alone and he is one of them.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

im gonna admit being a cata barb isnt easy, especially since your a hero 1 hour of the week and most people dont know you the rest. but having the ability to charge in and pump out some dmg is just too much for most anyone to bear. ive done this. ive done this on small factions, ive been spoken to about it, back when pk was allowed in SP for a short time i did it there. (sorry noobsb:surrender)
and when i finally get some +10 orbs up ill drop bigger ones and get yelled at again0 -

Brandon doesn't pull cats, he just likes to arma people :P
Being a cat barb is something I wouldn't want to do. I'm more of a DD/support player. In games I've ALWAYS played support or DD, because I just can't stand tanking XD. So my respect out there to any cata barb who is willing to do it.
Although I don't see why anyone would yell at you for arma-ing people. From what I hear it's really fun.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Den without a doubt, one of the best BM's to TW with and one of the most annoying to face. his timing on stuns, pots always seemed to be faultless.
Veno:
Chireu the only Veno who ever worried me, both for skill and the uncanny knack to hit me like a truck
Wiz:
Would say Scrubby is the most skilled but from a personal perspective Honesty has always been the one who seems to constantly hit high dmg
Cleric:
Alpha and Zaph, both extremely good support/squad Clerics, they seem to add an extra 50% survivability to their squads
DDclerics, not ran into a good one yet
Archer:
Any who don't stand and try to tank hits , it's like the art of kiting has been forgotten by many
Barb:
Cat Barb's in general since they have a thankless task.
DD Barb Kashin, felt pro hitting him for 20k only to get a 26k Arma slapped back in the face
Sins:
Not many good sins to choose from, Xyrex and whatever his name is who had warsoul daggers, he was the first person I saw play as sin like an assassin in TW while he was in TE
Magic Fish:
Mothball
Mystic/Seeker:
A few good ones about but none I would say that stands out from the crowed as being exceptional0 -

Gotta add jasriana as mystic. Dont play against him so dont really see him. But hes the only mystic that i talk with about mystics. And can say that he knows his class very well. And his channeling is nuts.

My opinion is mostly based in PK /TW players ...My opinion is also based on how they play theyr chars (between timing to survive and/or kill).
Barb - hojuKen (he just dont die QQ)
Veno - UntamedFurey
BM - Frodinho and/or SanosukeLee
Wizard - Scrubby (altought i belive Ararat is an awsome wizzard, with a great timing)
Cleric - taintedxlove and/or Alphanei (Kalahn is also a very very skilled has a cleric)
Archer - GTIMIKEE and/or ArcherDevil ..(not forgeting Aesthor too)
Seeker - Ergosphere and The_Shocker
Mystic - Mystic is a class i personally dont pay much atention, even tought dont see them that much in what comes to PK/TW ...
Psychic - tightend (so much damage lol qq)

and if i havent put it yet the lil ghost veno jenguin. he/sh can pop out of my *** on any path at any time. i never seen a veno move like that. i swear she popped out of my cats bottom yesterday in base. but i gotta say i was debuffed damn near instantly. it was kinda comical that she could hear me being buffed from across the map and magically appear there to debuff me. that gets an award. b:surrender0 -

he was my "babysitter" for well over a year, and i couldnt have ever asked for a better bm in my squad. i've worked with a lot of great bms in my time, but i always hold them to the "tal standard"
