    Yep, sorry guys, the tremendous number of people trying to access these pages actually kind of overwhelmed the systems. They've been brought down for now, and we'll bring them back up one at a time over the next few hours.

    Didn't get my dq item i sent but on purchase history it shows that i bought it. That means that i lost my item?

    When the DQ page went down again I bought 190 Concentrated Venom (35 DQ point each). After the page went back I sold them. I'm waiting for more than 1h and I still don't have the points. Can this take more than 1h ?

    It's confirmed, the launch gift will be sent out starting early next week.

    We've been bringing the item-send pages back up and the systems seem to be working fine. For those of you who are still waiting on items from these pages, please give it a few hours, since the system was so over-taxed earlier.

    Thanks for telling us when we'll be getting the gifts. And yeah the minute Jones' worked again the server went nuts. I just imagined one of you IT guys sitting on a chair, spinning around, then an alarm goes off that the servers are getting overloaded! XD b:laughb:bye

    Hello, i would like to inform you the jones blessing got sent to me np...but i have saved up 15000 DQ points during x2 and went to get the valley lemur pet egg.Well too my demize i select my server and the character i want it sent too..IT TAKES MY DAMN DQ POINTS AND LOW AND BEHOLD NO VALLEY LEMUR PET EGG.ive alrdy sent in 2 tickets in no reply but kinda figured that bcuz why do you all care.your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated

    i have about 10k In Dq points not count when i sould them at 3 pm server time and im still waiting on them


    woot 7 hours later i look and there is 20k more DQ points yay

    Just spent 3.2mil to buy about 10k+ worth of DQ.....I better get those points lol....Or I will kick myself for not just buying the fashion I wanted in the first place -_-.

    Its some problem with the dq capturing system? cause the dq i have sell today it wasnt counted in the dq redeem page.b:cold

    The problems on the bleesing is caused by everyone trying to get it at the same time
    just try again in a few mins

    And btw, now that mail is up again, when are we going to recieve the expansion gift? o.o

    I spent 7k dq points and still haven't recieved the 14 random pigments that I used them on :(.... how long will it take for it to get through... the 7k is already subtracted from the total amout I have... but not items yet...

    I'm still having problems with the blessings....its been almost 12 hours since I got mine and I still haven't recieved it yet.b:sad
