Update: Hey everyone; since loads of people are having trouble uploading images, we're going to extend the deadline by one week while our team looks into it. Since Descent is coming out tonight, fixing the upload issue wouldn't be a top priority, so that's the reason for the full week delay.

Sorry about the confusion, and about the bug itself; we'll get everything back up and running as soon as possible.

New deadline: 2/22/2012 at 12pm PST!

    I'm trying to upload another screenshot for the contest but every time it says upload failed, please try again. and i do. its JPG, and under 5MB, in fact, under 1 MB.

    should we post our entries in the topic? i know a lot of people are having this problem.

    Try using IE. I was having that problem yet again, but I used IE and I think it worked. :P

    yea i tried all my browsers... im starting to think theres like a timer on it, like you have to wait 30 mins-1 hour or something until you can submit another. cause it uploaded now xD

    I'm having the exact same problem as mentioned above. I'm submitting it within the given guidelines and still it comes out as upload failed, try again. Tried IE, chrome..and also cleared the cache/cookies. Any other ideas how I could possibly get this uploaded..?b:sad

    Upload failed for me as well; then after clearing cache and cookies it worked, so thank you TreeHugs. I'll report this to the engineers and see if they can find the issue.
