    Right, it's really only for those that want the proc. If the proc itself is not worth that much, then why bother? My argument was that if one was re-rolling solely for the proc, it is way cheaper to just get the radiant wand (though, naturally, your DD/heal output is less, but still perfectly equitable). Frankly, if I still played, I'd get it and +10 it for TW in a heartbeat (assuming my fac had the required level armory, which no one bothered with before since the gear was so ridiculously priced) because 170mil is pocket change...

    :/ I've been so happy as a base buffer in tw I dont think I wanna go out and get one shotted by R9+12 archers... *Hides in happy bubble* But yes, the def lvls look nice... and the recasted weapon look so much more beautiful, lols
