If your using a switch (Router / Wireless Router) set your modem up as a bridge. Majority of gamers do to get rid of some lag time. Believe in FPS it helps A LOT. If you dont know how google your modem and read up on how to do it.
Mine is bridge and Im downloading a 10 gig game watching netflix and my fiancee is playing PWI and she has no lag.

Oh and I believe the game servers are working great but your support servers and severely messed up right now. Having Zen issues that I am trying to work out. Had to go to moneybookers to figure out the problem because you can not create tickets right now. Ive tried on several computers and different networks and all the same error.... This webpage has a redirect loop

What browser are you using? and did you search "redirect loop"? I know this has been answered before.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
I first used my normal browser, Chrome. Then I deleted my cookies and tried again. Then explorer which fails then fire fox and again fails. On the other computers on the other networks I am limited to just Chrome and Explorer.
And yes I searched using the forums search section and Google. And until these postings nothing came up. But now they all redirect to this thread.
So if the answer to the redirect loop problem has been answered before, maybe it should be put back up as a sticky permanent thread. I have extensive knowledge in Vbulletin (Best portal out there by far (you guys didnt change your favicon lol) and can assist you in that. Or it should be at most placed in the Tech-Support FAQ section. Which in a search does not come up there either.

Things that can help with forum, website usage:
You can try emptying the cookies and caches in your web browser then restart the browser.
You can try using a different web browser like Opera, Chrome, Firefox, Safari.
Please make sure that you have Javascript and Flash installed/enabled in your web browser too.
Please try adding the website and forum URLs to your firewall and antivirus exception lists if you think something is being blocked.Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

It isnt a problem with the forums. I love the forums. I love VBulletin. The problem is the tech-support tickets. And if you cared to read my thread it said that I used Chrome Explorer and fire fox. The only one I didnt use is Opera. Im not using Opera. Not a big fan. Any who.... As I was answering the other tech-support question on this thread It is a server issue on the redirects when trying to create a support ticket. He also said I should have searched for the answer on the thread cause it has been answered already. I just advised that its not there. It must have been taken down cause a search on forum search does not show results for support ticket redirect error. And a google search brings you to this thread.
Read the threads before you answer. Then do a little research on it. Like look at the previous threads to see the conversation. It only makes us all look bad with bad answers such as the above reply. It just annoys your customers. PWI ROCKS dont get me wrong. Got my money issues taken care of. Once I got a hold of someone things ran smoothly.I am a NERD, I have Skilz for I am 1337
