    The scenario is incomplete. You are basically asking who will win: the tiger or the lion?

    I have seen many players, with good gear, fail horribly in PvP due to basic lack of knowledge. I have seen grossly undergeared individuals beat the snot out of average geared players because they knew how to play their class in a way that worked for them.

    In a game where skill is accountable as an influence of the turnout, a generalized question such as this serves no purpose outside of flame/troll bait.

    Depending on buffs, the nirv sin really has no chance. The sin can double spark and try to spike the psy down while under will surge/IG, but if the psy has *any* reactions at all he'll just expel to wait out the sin, or AD and then activate will. If the sin doesn't start out like this, he's basically asking to get sealed.

    Now, expel sucks for 1v1 vs sin for any other class, but once the psy waits out the IG/will surge, the sin is at a REAL disadvantage, especially since nirv dags don't hit that hard on R9 to begin with.

    If the psy is cleric/barb buffed, then it's not even a contest.

    However... I agree with what most of you have said, too many variables. I would say 70/30 psychic, not that I am biased. But it mostly depends on whether the sin is good... and if the psychic is ready for them.
