I voted for psychic, but if the sin is smart can pull a good fight...

Expel is extremely defensive skill. A smart sin will just use condensed thorn to gain water buff and will keep the psychic stun locked, not allowing the psychic to switch to white voodoo or use psychic will or soulburn the sin to actually get him selfkilled. Dont forget sins (specially sage ones) have pretty good self buff tidal protection that helps a lot to avoid seals.

A lot depends on players skills, gamestyle and genie + pots... Psychics should have the advantadge, but I've rolled r9 psychics on my sin, so well...
