Hyper EXP, Stacking, and You!

I was given 5 stones from a quest and tried to use them to get my next spiritual level by having a go at a 150x my life force monster as required by the quest.

I did the EXP setup as has been described here and in other references but when I went
to do the fighting I got exactly what I got before . Killed in one stoke.

What do I have to do to get the extra EXP points into the HP and MP excetera so I dont get trashed when tackling something big.

Or have I missed the point of the Hyper EXP all together.

Just to set the scene I am a recently retired chartered computing specialist having worked for over 40 years with computers from the hardware electronics through all types, services and operating systems ending up doing application design and maintenance under windows.

My time in this arena is only a few months.

k don't want to argue or maybe i'm doin it wrong but i am in game right now for 2x's event and i am fighting Elite Infernal Gaurd and gettin 836 from the normal ones not increased life and stuff ones and i enabled a 12x hyper stone and i am still gettining 836 so i think with 2x's u can't use hypers or trainers with 2x's unless i'm using this wrong let me know ty

I saw this question put forward but never really saw a solution in there. I used my 10x per day so I can't start hyper again. I have 3 minutes left of it, and can't start it. I also can't start a new set of hyper xp. How do I fix this?

Depends. It would indeed be the case that mobs would give tiny amounts of EXP to you during exhaustion, so you wouldnt be able to level by grinding.

HOWEVER, you wont hit exhaustion till your buffer runs out, so you get a period of time at normal 1x exp before you even hit your exhaustion. you can also reduce exhaustion time by logging out and going to work/school/sleep,since it counts down while you aren't logged onto that 'toon. if you wanna keep playing, you could always level a second one while it counts down if it becomes an issue

Additionally, you don't seem to have a character above level 30, and at those low levels much of your EXP gain comes from quests, which aren't affected by hypers anyway. I normally recommend against hypers till you hit a level where you have to start constantly grinding for EXP...which will be a while (prolly 70ish IIRC, it's been a while)

Elite Golden Silkworms doesn't stack with 2x exp.

[when you are doing bounty hunter quests turn on your exp stone and reach the end of the dungeon. when your fineshed turn your exp stone of and then go to the head hunter. when you reach him turn on your exp stone and then complete the quest that will give you lots of exp and then turn your exp stone of and your finishedb:victoryb:victoryb:victoryb:victoryb:pleased

Well, since someone (a mod at that) just posted in this 3 year old thread and I assume sticky cant be necro'd, I have a question

I wanted to know how hypers stacked with exp on gear and found this thread.

What I wanna know is the answer to this question, as its not answered in the thread Also, if its been posted somewhere ells please forgive a noob sin for not using the search function properly.. Just don't tell me the answer is in this very thread I'm posting in atm.. That would be.. embarrassing, to say the least b:surrender

What does the x12 mean then?

x12 means 12 times the original XP from that certain mob. In this case 1158 XP ish 2x the original XP and 7527 XP ish 12+1 times the original XP, that +1 being the add from 2x XP.

These XP-multipliers don't multiply each other(like Subsea+HF multiplies together), but stack like kind of defence buffs(for example Vanguard+Bell doesn't multiply to 2,72x original defence(100%*170%*160%) but to 2,3x original defence(100%+70%+60%).

I see no one ever asked this so I'm going ahead. Does Hyper Exp have any effect on the exp you get from Real of Reflection?
