Channeling questions are to be answered here.

I am aware GMs said the crit arrow does not work, but can't hurt.

As expected, with Demon Spark (-25% channeling and +700% weapon damage added) I get to -101% (Wand) and -89% (R8), for testing, I took my tome off, proving that -100% chan is the cap, since the speed gets reduced to about -80% with either.

Oh, and I am too lazy to record it, so, if anyone wants video, here it is from back when I had -95% with wand and spark (With a -6% ring and -9% necklace).

So, -chan myth is busted, discuss, ask, learn.

    Many people had already busted this myth long ago by using this apoth and with any % channeling gear.

    He'd die a lot, but in return he would absolutely raep. He's neither +12 nor R9. Most TW opponents would not put priority on a player like him. TW is a lot more fun if you're not being specifically focused.

    I always loved hearing about how people in my enemies vents would yell and scream at me, but I absolutely hated being a target that is singled out.

    So what exactly are you saying?

    You say -100% is the cap, but that you get reduced to -80% with -101% and -89%?
    Or do you mean you get reduced to -80% with 101% and 100%, yet remained at -89% with your R8 wand, making that option faster.

    Sorry, couldn't quite make it out from your post.

    Second option, Remained -89% with the R8 weapon, or could do -98% if I changed one piece of gear and increases my own channeling by 3% by changing one ornament (With the frost weapon and its -12% chan)

    I have been looking for this channeling build my self with cleric (sage), it is hard to find the correct things to do this, but I do believe it is worth it, as of HP and def people state.

    HP pretty much comes from gear for casters, and gems for def... nothing new.

    It's expensive as well >_<

    - Still looking for a -12% chan ring in HT.

    Anything with 2 sec or less channeling becomes insta at 97-99%. Why not make a video at those ranges?

    I didnt bother reading this thread.

    But it's already known that the cap for channeling is 99%. At 100+ channeling it will fall back to 90%.

    I've quit excluding TW for my faction. But I still hang around to help out those who still enjoy the game under PWEs horrific handling and to have fun in the forums. b:cute

    You claim victory over a "myth" you never actually specified.

    As far as I know the cap is 99% and hitting 100%+ will reduced you down to 90%. You can time it with town portal.

    Cool video bro but next time upload a one of you doing caster NV that is realy impresive and i say again GIMME THA NECKLACE GIMME GIMME GIMME b:angry


    And for me like cleric I will be happy with 60% chan and decent phys def points, wizards have a lot of atacks and kill any enemy before he get close but clerics really need def for survive.
