If there was a game rollback (I know there never will be, but just as a thought) To before Hypers and Anniversary packs and Goonz glitch, All chars returned to pre-rollback, all Gold charged in between times returned In your account as unspent e.t.c Would you want it?

    Players would quit anyway even if they had there 1million zen refunded into there acc, which would be quite funny.

    I'd quit, I put a lot of time into this char. I've put a lot of effort into gearing my assassin, who would just disappear. I did things legitimately, and if they rolled my character back just because someone people can't handle being squaded with new players in their high level instances (because the game is just such srs business) then I would take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't restart all over again, it's taken me like 2 years to get to this point. At any rate, you can't unscramble an egg. Rather than ticking off so many players, they should just you know fix the problems caused by this. Take hypers out of the token shop so that it's really expensive to power level again, the hardcore cashers will do it anyway like they always did camping oracle spots and buying fantasy fruit by the buttloads but at least the damage can be mitigated. Nerf the assassin class, make aps less effective, make more farmable instances with better gear that requires rainbow squads and that fail if people start dropping out of them (say more than one person, there is always that one person that dcs after all), increase quest rewards and exp gains to make them worth doing again. Fix glitches, and readjust prices to be more realistic by taking into account inflation. There are tons of things they can do, without rollbacks.

    So we'd be rolling back to, what - August 31, 2009? :P

    I'd lose 26 levels (according to my archive of screenshots taken around that time). XD On balance, I'd love to see a server based on August-2009 era HT, and have the option to play both that server and the current HT whenever I felt like it. :P That'd probably be the best of both worlds.

    Yes, I think it was Aug / Sept 09 that the first packs came out.

    I probably wouldn't like it personally, I have 3 lvl 100+ toons and rank 8, TT99 e.t.c everything got so much cheaper after that, chips affecting TT99 gold mat prices, It would be very hard to get back to where I am now. But I do miss the community feel we had pre-packs. Faction Boss hunts e.t.c, TT runs. The game seems a lot more selfish now, not sure if that is true, but to me it feels it.

    i would quit to all those time farming hh/cv/nv for coins so i could get +12 gear 18months ago unless they give me real money for it then its all kay i would prolly get like 5-6K euro's jsut from farming just think no more Op fishies and no more rank9.b:shocked Means ppl actually need to know how to play a class and not faceroll......

    They should just rollback the fish classes and give them a choice of real classes to convert to. Convert their armor and weapon into the equivalent gear for the new class then ban Tideborn forever. Game will instantly be 3 times better.

    I agree, and i think its hilarious that its taken you 2 years to get 26 levels and you still arent 100.

    no fish would instantly make this game better, i'd gladly have my +12 farmer removed if it meant all the other fish were gone, no problem at all. also remove packs, hypers and r9.

    If there is a rollback, I would lose all my progress that I've worked for. My fashion that I waited weeks to buy, and my rare pets. :x

    Just because Tideborn are called OP doesnt mean every single tb is.

    Ok yeah, make a wizard and get it to lvl 100 off oracles and grinding, spend the rest of the zen on gearing it out to insane proportions.

    Barbs would have more chances to be real tanks, Clerics would be more useful to heal (think no bloodpaint), Psys would become wizs, sins would become archers, something like that...

    Yeah I would lose a lot of levels, well depending how far, I would probably lose all my chars (Joined March 2010), so maybe just pre-tideborn or something, I dunno..
    Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle

    I would love to see PWI revert to preTideborn times.

    I play more now on a private server that is preTideborn and enjoy it so much more than PWI. That server doesnt even have genies to fall back on, you have to learn your skills and limits and work to survive within them.

    Its much more fun when you have to actually think about what your doing and not just hit auto attack and a genie skill or two to cover your butt until a mob or group of mobs dies.

    sure, i can understand the ones who say they want a rollback in order to create more equality
    u also mentioned all zen purchased during that time would get back to ur account
    the thing u didnt consider, however, is all the ppl who didnt charge a single cent
    what will happen to them? they will have to start all over, while the hardcore zentraders can just buy uber-gear again...it would just be all the same like now, r9 vs tt90, just with "worse" gears
    do u really consider that "equality"?

    I would like to keep my psychic thanks. There are better solutions to class imbalance then removing removing existing classes.

    Yes there are better solutions, but they require better game staff than PW is able or willing to hire. With the developers at hand the only way to truly fix a class is to delete it, otherwise they just continue to make it worse with their failed "fixes".

    Personally for as much as people complain about Tideborns they are the most commonly played race (and also the most commonly made OP) thus the chances of having just over a year of work on my class suddenly removed isn't likely to happen. For which I'm personally happy. I want to play a class I like because I like it.

    I'm not high level my gear probably sucks, and I don't mind doing the work to make my character strong. The real reason people don't like Tideborns seems to me to the fact that a lot of people who instant up to 105 with the best blah blah blah of gear etc etc play Assassins. I'm not saying they all do, I'm saying I see a lot of sins.

    You see a lot of sins because even people that dont like them have the common sense to see that there is a point in their development where they become self supporting. They can farm every instance solo so you dont have to split mats and drops with 5 other toons. The game is supposed to be a team effort, not a solo everything with a sin effort.
    In PVP they have every bonus a player could want, invisibility, aps, freezes etc. You would have to be monumentally stupid to be able to loose PVP with a sin.
    The class basically ruins the game more and more each day. I personally think that after the short inital boohooing that sins would soon be forgotten and the game would improve immensely.

    I completely understand the problem everyone has with sins. (those that don't play sins themselves anyway) All the grief I have had in SP since the change has been from sins and I don't want to do PVP later because I know what sins are capable of. They make it hard on all other classes and I can sympathize as I have 2 other chars besides my psy. In the end you can really only rely on friends in game.

    Every game seems to gets to a point where the veterans start getting grumpy about the changes that have occurred over the years. If you hate what the game has become, why bother staying? It will never be what it used to be.

    Let's talk about a rollback to the good ol' days when someone makes a time machine. Giving my money back wouldn't be enough. I want the time I invested back as well.
