If you run with a skilled cleric, your charm ain't even suppose to tick. I ran SoT bh duo with my gf lvl 101 cleric (who ain't R8 nor nothing over +5) and my charm ticked once. And i'm not R8 either, don't even have full tt99 set yet.

Oh no, people that know how to play their classes ?

I started in January 2010. So that would mean my lvl 100 veno, almost lvl 100 cleric, 92 barb, and bajillion other alts would be gone.

Cashshoppers like me could get back their 1k-2k dollars spent as zhen, but people who worked hard for their gear grinding or matfarming and whatnot would still be out of luck.
And getting around 1000 gold won't be as much fun if its worth 100k each x.x

If you roll the servers back, but keep the people, that still wouldn't do. I for one would still be as much of a jerk starting all over, as I am right now. The people I was mean too, wouldn't start liking me again X3.

I'm surprised more people don't play private servers, where there are only 6 classes, no genies, no packs, or all these other things people claim ruined pwi >___>.

Also, I'm pretty sure pwi would only give a partial refund/somehow "forget" alot of people charged gold. And when everything is to where it was, they'd have those fun sales and random game fixes again XD.

Its sad that we cant do anything about other people who worked for their level but still if there was a roll back I do want the Tideborn eradicate(destroyed,banned,disappeared and other things!). Cause I am a sin but i know so many people who are sins who are 105 and everyone knows how that works. With Psychics soul force which directly has to do with refining aka more boutique dragon orb stronger you get.

I guess if you want balance Remove Stealth from sins and Soul force from psychics. But never will happen so Oh well!

hahah remove tideborn, QQ Sins are op, QQ, Psys are OP, QQ I played this game before tideborn expansion and before packs, and guess what??? I quit till tideborns came out and then rolled a psy. Since then I have rolled a sin, a cleric, a barb, all over 100 and am now working on my blademaster. I am not a cash shopper, not super OP, (with exception of my +10 r8 dags) and could care less who can kill me in pvp, as long as I kill more than I die, that is what is important to me. As of now, my psy is 101 and only comes out for TW or occasional pvp. Obviously my sin is my farmer, my cleric gets used rarely, but still does, And barb is a good tank being geared tward being a cata barb. Those barbs that complain about losing agro, need to learn how to keep it, cause I rarely have problems keeping agro, and yes, sins one on one in a duel or one on one in a pvp situation pwn, but...... once they are out of stealth they are sitting ducks for a wizzie or a psy, or any class for that matter, cause without stealth sins go squish in pvp. And do not get me started on psys, talk about being like paper, Wizzies have much better phys def and once high level will pwn any psy if they know what they are doing. There is nothing wrong with this game, people complain cause they are either jealous or strait nabs that have nothing better to do.

If u want u can do instances without sins and stop QQ about them.

Personally, Im not staying. Im just wasting time till SWTOR comes out. I was just curious about who would like the idea of a roll back, I did state in my post, its never gonna happen! I was just curious about how many would support and how many would QQ over loosing their OP Sin.

Let's talk about a rollback to the good ol' days when someone makes a time machine. Giving my money back wouldn't be enough. I want the time I invested back as well.

Im only staying until the new games in the wings start up. They make what PW has become look like an Etch a Sketch programmed by a six year old.

I have personally voted no because it took me a really long time to reach 100 and I feel like the rollover is going to make others, including myself, ragequit...not a very good business strategy. (I can admit that I would ragequit over that)

However, I can say that it would be interesting if there was a server, in which you can transfer to, that has the old pre-tb settings to have some old fashioned fun.

Just play a private server with normal/mid rates. There are plenty that actually provide a better experience than PWI currently does.

If all money charged was refunded (as cash, not as gold/zen in the wallet) I would just say "Thanks!" and go buy myself a new laptop and maybe some new clothes. I wouldn't bother playing anymore.

If all money charged was refunded as gold/zen in the wallet I'd go play something else until gold became worth something again.

Neither option would result in me playing any time soon/bothering to charge zen ever again.

It would be easier to go get a time machine than to ask for pwe to do a rollback; they would not benefit from it nor do we even know if they still have backups of the server from that time.

As someone said, just go on a private server if you want pw without any expansions to it.
If you want a current pw with all the expansions, but none of pwe's/wanmei's bs, there are the pw 1.4.4 servers. The only ones I know of are in foreign languages though.

i think it would be fun, but like most players say, my characters would go down about..60 levels. i love the idea, but id rather have it where we have the opportunity to go to another server that starts over. like a new server, but with the old settings. i would be pretty angry if my archer was back down to level 6. so, if we could have this new server with the rollback, without taking our characters away, i would be all for it.

The game was most balanced pre genie expansion. Check out senlyn, it's basically old PW but they fixed the huge exp wall at ~70.

I'd take the roll back. It would delete my character of course but at least things would be back to the way they should be. Yes a lot of people would quit. But at the same time 99% of those people that would quit are the hyper babies that don't really know how to play their class, we don't want them here in the first place no problemb:victory

The game only seemed balanced pre-expansions was because there no packs and no op fishes, and that it was still new, still "fresh" and untainted by time. If you bothered playing end game on most of the p servers out there, you would easily find out how op archers and wizards can be. (insta cast wizzies anyone?)

It's not just the new stuff that unbalanced, it's also some of the older stuff.
A server with 1.4.4 files is no different from a server with 1.2.7 (aka "old" pw) if it isn't edited.
Granted the expansions added in more unbalanced **** but it's still the same either way...

Oh the game has in no way been balanced at any point it's just the more vanilla version didn't contain so much **** that added to the imbalance. The game wasn't fresh though. My-en was the same version and I played it for almost a year before PWI and the CN version was out before my-en. There were no insta cast mages in normal endgame and rank 8 took quite a bit of time to farm in FBs. A normal endgame character was hh99 and 95 wb items. Anything above grade 12 really ****ed the game over besides rank 8 due to it being not possible through csing. Genies were the first addition that brought a ton of imbalance.

My personal option is we don't nee a roll back, but to prevent hypers from being used in frost. The other countries with Perfect World versions already do it.

Taking away the ability to use hypers in frost isn't going to magically make bad players suck less.

That's true that taking hypers out wont really fix everything but taking out entire races isn't going to fix that either. Just narrows down the options for what they can play badly with.

And for once I'm happy the cash-happy players play sins because it ensures I'll get my selfish wish to keep playing my psy.
