    this is known as pwi being i don't think it has any real bans on regions other then maybe china but we didn't ban them they banned themselves. its the same thing for pw my usa ips are not banned from it. region blocking is more a euro thing. but when it comes to prizes laws very to much to be able to do it on a international level.
