    Well on a side note, the delivery of zen is normally really fast. Think they're having some kind of issue or something at the moment. I dunno. =/

    The same thing is happening to me too.

    Can the mods explain what is happening here? Is a refund possible? How long do we have to wait for the zen to charge? Is there going to be compensation? Please explain the situation i do not think its hard to check with whoever is responsible. Thank you

    Hi i yesterday i got a gift for my birth $300+ worth of zen and then began transfering it into the game the first 20600 zen was transfered successfully and i received it on the_pro account but the second 10600zen says on transaction history that it was transfered...but when i go on any of my characters on dreamveaver server i dont see the gold, as if it didnt transfer into the game... PELASE HELP ME thats 106$ worth of gold that i used ultimate game cards for ..please.. that my money help me get it... or at least a refund....thank you

    PLEASE i need a GM to help me with this!!!!

    There was an internal error that caused many purchases to not post to our billing systems. That issue has been found and our staff is working very diligently to have this matter resolved. We can only ask for your patience as the transactions that did not go through are fully approved or denied. This issue only affected a small portion of purchases (less than 0.1% of our daily total) so this should be resolved pretty quickly.

    Now since the mods has admitted it is due to problems on PWI end that is causing this issue with some of the paying customers, they should give the affected people a choice get a full refund of their money as soon as possible and or providing compensation. It is your system, your problem not ours so the burden should not be shifted to the paying customers side.

    We paid the money we expect the goods. Now the money has gone through but there is no goods, no esitmated timeline where we can get the goods nor an option for full refund/compensation. I for one demand a full refund of my money. Please advise on who i can contact to escalate this issue.

    why QQ even after they say they are trying to resolve the issue? Yes, it's annoying, i'm still waiting for my zen too, but surely you have at least 6 more days to get all the stuff on sale in shop today.

    **** happens, if you've played the game a while you know it's no different here. Get over it, try to enjoy yourself or else gtfo, quit gaming and get a job at some company stuffed with overachieving perfectionists that never make any mistakes ^^

    If you have already submitted a ticket to our billing department in regards to this issue, you are ahead of the game and we need you to await a reply. For anyone who has not done so, please submit a ticket to the billing department so that we are aware of the people that are specifically affected by this issue.

    Our staff has been working diligently all day to ensure this issue is resolved and that no further issues will arise from this. Many of you have already received your ZEN so as of this reply, please follow my statement at the beginning of this post so that we can fix everything for you as soon as humanly possible.

    I also have been having this issue, although in my case things may turn out to be a little more complicated as I had a negative paypal balance which I transferred funds from my bank account to resolve, but unfortunately that is still processing after over a week. >_<

    This is extremely inconvenient, however I am of the opinion that this is more the fault of Paypal, and not Perfect World. Their new reviewing system is likely created with shipping purchases in mind, and not virtual economy. The end result is the risk that the reviewing process will cause us to miss the sales, making the zen not as useful to us(at least in my case, I am only interested in the anni packs). What I plan to do in the future, and recommend for other users like myself who don't have a credit card is to buy the Perfect world prepaid cards if they are in your area. It's a little more troublesome, but you will hit the sale in time for sure that way.

    I bought my ZEN with a debit card as usual, and is has been in the status "Reviewing" for the past 27 hours, help please?

    Today, 16:30 (german time) I wanted to get Zen with ClickandBuy... But now it's 23:34 and it's still on Reviewing. I wonder what is the problem. I already phoned to german ClickandBuy-Support and they said, with my account is all ok. My account is also already verified cuz i often use ClickandBuy and normal process takes just 15-30 min and now it's been 7 hours. I dun owe PWI or them money, so that's not the problem too... And it already starts to **** me off, cuz friend in game waits for i get the Zen and trade to coins to buy the item he saves for me... Now I wonder what I can do, I really dun wanna wait weeks now. If there is a way to cancel this transaction to do again with banktransfer or paysafe, it would be great b:cry

    I went ahead and moved your post to it's own thread. Please just make a new thread in the future, although GM ticket would probably be faster than the forums since the billing GMs don't check this as often as tickets.

    Well... I never had problems with clickandbuy... I really dun have a clue, why the damn Reviewing takes so f*cking long this time. Would be cool if somebody can help me or can tell me how to cancel this. I dun have time to wait like weeks b:surrender
