    Honestly I have not had to deal with customer service since a few years ago, and back then it was a lot better from what I understand. I voted "OK" since I really have no opinion right now of how it is currently.

    Since I have 2 answers I can't vote on the poll but I can explain in this post.

    I give them a Bad rating for being far too lenient with rule breakers. There are a great many players that should have been fourm banned (including myself at one time) yet are not. Even more that should be permabanned from the game yet are not. They do a very, very terrible job at that.

    I give them an Awesome rating for the times I have sent tickets or used live support. Things were taken care of very quickly and I never had a single problem with how they handled things. If there was a problem it was my own fault so they were not to blame.

    From my previous experience in other MMo's I think PWI's customer service is quite good.

    I'm not sure if what Zoe said has to do with customer service actually..

    She gave 2 ratings, awesome for customer service and bad for being **** with dealing with rule breakers

    You dont have the option to express my disgust with the overall quality of customer service in this game.

    Honestly I've only filed a ticket once before and it got replied to in half an hour... so from my experience, it's very good, especially considering how most f2p mmos have completely non-existent customer supports.

    idk if i can pick an option, sometimes they are pretty good, other times u just wanna slap someone they are so stupid.

    i mean hell i had both exp in one ticket just recently.


    i NPCed my frost fists, freaked out and sent a ticket explaining exactly what i lost where i lost it, and even my refines shards and stats on the fists, with a link to pwdatabase showing them.

    gms said ok! next maint well send them to u. of course im so happy i could **** my self normally ur screwed when it comes to this stuff

    weeks go by, 3 maints or more, and i reopen the ticket to see whats going on. they tell me i was sent a souledge already and should use that to remake my fists, i check and there it is a frost souledge from the green fists in my mail box, i thought it was a miss spell and someone accidently mailed to me so i had left it there. so i send a few more responses reexplaining what the item was that i lost and telling them the item i was sent is a piece of junk and the items used to make the fists were removed -.-

    again told wait till next maint and a gm will log on and make the fists for you!

    i wait, about 1 day after maint i cant wait any longer send a ticket and Q.Q i havent got them yet. about 2 hours later im kicked while taking out 80 mil to buy a script. i freak out cause i lost the seller and thought i lost my coins lol. after 10 mins or so i can get back on and there are my shiny new fists, +0 and no shard but made in my name!

    so in one ticket i went from super depressed, crazy happy, wtf u thinking, irritated and happy again.



    Also as soon as i got my fists i sold them because it had been prolly 2 months and i bought new ones to replace the ones i npced lol

    also i forgot to rate, My rate is 3, they are okay because atleast i see GMs posting on the forums and answering questions like they should be. I have seen worse customer service in big gaming like Nexon's customer service is beyond fail. I think because they it is a korean company game and koreans are the asian version of jews in the asian community And they dont put money into any customer service. But yeah PWI has good Customer service. Actually i rate them a 4 :)

    I voted a 2... But I'm spoiled since in the MMO I played before this one the GM's and all where verry close to the community... Going in-game with their GM's for events, communicating with the ppl playing through world chat (wich would only consume mana to use), acting strictly against harrasment, listning to sugestions players made... Not to mention ppl where nicer to eachother...

    And then I look here... I do see Mod's that are close with ppl on forums, I see GM's that want to do their best, but then there's the evil breed called Dev's... The kind that only cares about making profit... A lot of it... Ppl get permabanned when something goes wrong through paypal or something but ppl that are harrasing little 14-year old girls just get a warning or 3-day ban? Welcome to the 21st century I guess... If you ask me PWE either has more games then they can ever handle (for profit reasons mostly I think), or they just don't give a flying f*ck...

    Nah still want to show my apreciation for the work Frankie and her mods are (trying to) doing... Especialy with all the QQing and flaming these days... And yet they all still respond at times (or at least read it) even though it must be hard sometimes so... Thanks for the effort... b:thanks

    Customer Service... despite the horrible management of the game, it's policies and sales practices, I rate it pretty good. Overall as a company I give PWI horrible demerits, but nearly every issue I've had was taken care of in a somewhat timely manner even though some of the outcomes did not make me happy. Almost every other effort of PWI gets a failing grade though.
    I post in forums. This one and others. That's why I post.

    Every single ticket I have sent has been answered by a bot.

    Half answered, as teh answers given were on topic of my issue, but seinga s how teh bot can only identify so many key words, the answers didn't actually answer my questions.

    I would have said OK, as the one time I had to ticket something (albeit about a year ago) it was acted upon. However, as someone said previously in this thread, they now seem too lenient against rule breakers. And I've had a couple of instances of being stuck in scenery and the "I'm stuck" button does nothing.

    I've mentioned the getting stuck before and someone in that thread later said how they just go out the way they got stuck where they did. This happened to me recently in the mountains behind the Elder of Tellus - try finding your way back out of there!

    Some Rules each PWI Gamer should know
    1. Dont break this rules & no matter what: DONT TRUST ANYONE!
    2. Dont pay wine or heads fee (like to get kicked after that?) b:chuckle
    3. Dont borrow items (since when return gms scammed stuff?) b:embarrass
    4. Dont use your password in faction-forums (like hacks?) b:fatb
    5. Dont give your mats to the tt-banker (obvious, not?) b:beg
    6. Dont wait for help, or heals, or any other miracles,... (for more examples just play pwi and you will hate the whole humanity) b:bye
