    there not as bad as some mmo customer service but still not any better then those ones been on better customer service. Games latetly as they reply unlike i got here or got bot answer yeah i so want a bot to reply.

    Their customer service is ATROCIOUS! I recently moved out of the U.S. to a different country and for some reason my main account (a high-level sin) was banned. I was playing and then got disconnected twice. Next thing I knew: BANNED.

    As of now I've sent 5 different tickets, providing them with my id, password, security answer, basic account info, an explanation for why my IP was different, and even all of my freaking billing info! Since my last ticket, I've been waiting about three days now for a response. Really annoys me because I enjoy playing the game... Just that PWI's customer service is terrible. b:cry

    I've never had any bad experiences with customer service...my problems were solved in maybe three days or less multiple times.

    But I only voted OK, because I've read the stories of others. And I suppose I was just lucky. b:chuckle

    As I have sat back and watched many of my friends send in tickets and have had to wait a good week for them to come back or even been acknowlaged, on the very serious matter of scamming, only to 'disregard' it later on, i would say nil or void...
    But, because of my many run ins with fuzzy, and his kinda nature- as well as spoons.. before he left b:surrender i voted 'UNSATISTIED'...
    But as a free to play MMO, the levels of customer service should be higher than this, as the customer base is not tied to the game through funds, as funds are negotiable, and not manditory.
    Also the fact that the name of the game states 'international' but Its rare to find a GM online most EU times... (You can tell me to go play PWEU, but after all the hard work i've put into this account, I'm bound by it)
    So, PW, as a F2P game must literally exploit it's customers to break even, but money and greed corrupt everyone, given the chance. That is simply what has happened here, the hugher GM's of PW have been corrupted, GMs have left, and are in dire need of replacements, yet the negligence to employ new ones is a very risky venture, to say the least... How much productivity will you have to cut and replace with a computer? Only to have more tickets sent in because the computer didn;t help them, or tickets about tickets about complaints due to lack of activity...
    So much so, the GM's won't have time to even lock this thread... no matter how many times the 'report' button is spammed.

    To be honest, I've had excellent results with customer service.

    I think the biggest issue is how much information you give in your ticket. You can't send in a ticket saying "OMG SOMEONE SCAMMED ME!" and expect them to ban the person. Adding in a good description, some screenshots, etc. give the customer support team much more to work with.

    I've worked in customer support myself, and "It's broken, fix it." doesn't get results.
    While yes, I can understand that people may be getting screwed over by PWI's ticket system, you also have to consider HOW they're submitting their tickets.

    I've probably submitted around 6 or so tickets, and I've seen results usually in 3-5 business days.

    I also don't believe that they're biased. I don't CS, and yet, I've been treated fairly as far as customer service goes.

    Based off my experience, I would rate them good. With such a buggy game filled with MANY players, you should give them some credit for not just throwing up their hands and saying forget it.

    tl;dr - You get as much as you give with customer support. I rate it good.

    I got stuck on my BM and whispered a GM "Im stuck"... never got a reply. Just had to sit there til my TP cooldown wore off. (about 15 minutes)

    Fix your poll, based on your options someone may believe that they do have a customer support, but they dont.

    All they have are trained monkeys that autoreply to every single ticket:

    "We are really sorry about this, but we are not going to help you, in other words you are royally ****ed, have a nice day and thanks for contacting us"

    I've picked Unsatisfied because I know some sordid stories my friend had with community along. He has been banned multiple times and charged, he played fair, paid everything and for some reason his IP gets banned everytime he starts playing. Sad sad....

    Aside from that, I've sent many tickets regarding technical bugs I've dealt with, I did get answer only once. My opinion, BAD. But I'm in the mood today.

    Their customer service is extremely biased as they do not enforce the TOS for all.

    Also, while submitting tickets they will only reply to part of your question/problem and usually with just an automated reply with no real answer to your question.

    I'd say they're good. Last time I sent in a ticket they solved the issue the next day. Though, it was extremly urgent. Other than that I've never had a problem before.

    I have had to deal with them a few times, and I've yet to have a bad experience. They always get back to me rather quick (within a day or two - I can't guage this as effiecient or not coz idk how many tickets they actually get) and my problems were always resolved.
