Any willing and capable faction can bid on any opposing territory provided they have no affiliations with the current owners

Practice or Training Wars are not allowed by the branch faction if the Territory is owned by an affiliated faction.

Also, just because you're not the leader of EURYDICE, that doesn't mean that you don't have any influence in regards to their actions. It is already known that several KB members are in there.

I bid on the land through my own choice, i don't need people telling me what to do! I have no relation to Yakuza, an went to the fight to fight for the land. It is not my fault that Vengful was to cheap on bidding and did not win! I bid.. we won.. and we went to fight!!
So what i don't have alot people in my guild yet, but i will get more!! Also if i choose to bid on land each week that is up to me and i don't care how big an powerful you think you are, and that we should bow down to you all an not bid! well i am sorry i want have fun for me an my guild and will continue to do so, i will bid again!

Simple:
The bids can only be made if the faction has a real intention of attacking and trying to win the territory. All bids must have a legitimate chance to win. This includes factions that are but is not limited to the following.
Like I said b4... A faction with 10 ppl having 100h able to attend TW with most of them even not being lvl 90 - You cant have an intention of attacking and wining territory... Point proven. There is no legimate chance to win.

For further clarification, we are by no means discouraging factions from participating in TW. The fact of the matter is, there will be factions that try to cheat the system. Honestly, most of the players who are being so nit picky about the rules, are the ones who intend to abuse them. If you think your faction has a legitimate chance to win the TW, then by all means go for it.
We judge all TW wars on a case by case basis. Not just a concrete "If faction X has Y players, and they are attacking faction Z." Obviously a faction with less than 20 or so members with a low level average of say 30 is not going to win versus a big guild. But now what if that faction only has 20 members strong, but they're all level 60+ and are attacking a faction that has to defend a lot of territories. Maybe they think they can sneak in a win in against a weakly defended territory? We look at the data on our end and make the judgment call. This is where it becomes difficult for us to give hard numbers. The intention to win the war must always be there. It all comes to not having a built in system within the game to stop and discourage TW wars but rather monitored on the human side. As far as I know, we are the only version that polices these types of fake bids and we pride ourselves for not turning a blind eye to it. Obviously a faction with less than 20 or so members with a low level average (EURYDICE) is not going to win versus a big guild (YaKuZa). Now they exactly showed next case - EURYDICE leader having not many guild members, but few lvl 100, seeing that there are bids on other lands wants to take the chance of winning TW because of multiple attacks - in this case EURYDICE overbid last minute other faction, so cancelled their own chances to win and this is exactly CHEATING THE SYTEM.
And now last part for You shadowroot Upon confirmation of the crime the faction leaders as well as the members involved will be banned at the discretion of the GM. You got banned for this last time and You will get banned again. Why? because You knew abt it, You knew its fake bid and You didnt stop Your guild members, You could influence them. Please read again the ticket which u received from GMs when You got banned.
ThaClick leader is lushess. She left Vengeful already long time ago, she has no characters in Vengeful. The leadership is totally independent. ThaClick didnt overbid other factions to not allow them to have TW, also didnt bid on own lands or any allied faction to avoid attacks. KageBushi having Essence alts in guild isnt a trouble too as long as Your TWs and bids follow the rules. Tell me how ThaClick bids are violating the rules? The guild is too little and stands no chance to win TW vs YaKuZa? 1h15min TW says all abt it. ThaClick didnt treat TW as training camp or didnt show up to wars. ThaClick never bid on Vengeful or Instinct lands - take note ThaClick has no OFFICIAL ALLIANCE with Instinct or Vengeful and trust me if ThaClick fake bid on Instinct (guild that doesnt even have 1 alt in ThaClick) to lets say overbid KageBushi or Essence what would You say, smart pants? ThaClick is made of VF's alts (how many % of TC are actually VF members?), but KB isn't made of Essence's alts. are you really that dumb yes he go banned for fake bidding ON KAGE LAND HE MADE A FACTION THAT HE WAS THE LEADER OF YES HIM AND HE BIDDING ON A KAGE AS IN KAGEBUSHI NOT ESSENCE LAND but then again all you do is QQ cause you cant beat essence sad. btw i remember people in spec getting banned for that same reason for fake bidding on spec land so you couldnt get attacked by essence and kami on the same day

As far as i know, he is not the leader of the KageBushi nor My alt o.o and again have you find the prove of Eurydice related to anyone other than few alt of KB members in there? ← going by this and the SS below wouldn't you agree the leadership of the Eurydice is totally independent!
As i've mentions, KB and Yakuza is not allie in any forms or shapes, our lands don't even touch! What good would it do for KageBushi to protect Yakuza getting attack by any factions O.O! ↑ so according to that statement even if Diesel takes no part in any of ThaClick's bidding on tw, ( but his alt is also in the faction ) anything members of ThaClick does or do will still influence upon the leaders, in this case Diesel as the leader in Vengeful could be reported as "FAKE BID" each time ThaClick bid on a TW right?!
Either way, shadowroot ← no where near Eurydice, this is my last stop o.o! Unless you can prove more of My involvement with this faction called Eurydice. Leave KageBushi and shadowroot ( ← so sexy! ) out of it o.o!

Dexter used to be a cata barb in Yakuza but is no longer with us and either is his wife Adeleese, or his friend calimarae. They chose to leave yakuza without a word in guild chat, but left a farewell message on our forums. Dexter and Calimarae are now members of NCN and Im sure Adel will follow.
