    Gold is only of value while we consider it so.

    If your theory is to stand, nothing in this game has any value, and this entire conversation is pointless, because nothing ever cost anything.

    As it is, it is considerd that some cash will get you stuff. Rank 9 is not free. It is simply only realistically available for cashoppers and the really really elite merchant / farmer types.

    No. I just think the US government is going about things all wrong. You're not supposed to print more money when you have none to pay your own bills. Especially when it has nothing of value to back it up.

    Basically this. This isn't South Park where getting 1million points will make you a super star. How am I going to put this game on my resume? What's the value of 1 billion pixels in the real world? I dunno. According to my book, nothing. If that means all the money in the US, you're probably right since it is still technically not worth the cotton it is printed on.

    Anyway, this stuff is barely a surprise to me. How many games could you name off that pulls off this same sort of thing, and gets the "This game is dead, R.I.P, etc" sorta response to it? I've only played about three games and it happened to all of them.

    Either way, at least the medals are available not to just the cash shoppers but people who generally play the game without all the cash shopping involved. I don't cash shop anymore (I've only done it a few times, which didn't do much towards my money or gear) and I see this as my own opportunity to get Rank 9 or at least try.

    People could've farmed hard for the Medals but think about it, Cash Shoppers could've easily gotten DQs and sold them through some form of merchanting. I think at least be a little glad considering they're not "omg completely impossible to get unless we pay like 80m per medal!!!!1!11!!" for a couple of weeks.

    Anyway, that was a long post and I'm gonna get my buttocks flamed for it probably. Have fun.

    Now gold is well over 4x the price it used to be? Rep sales make rep gettable, sure, but if you want anything other than rep, all that happens is it costs more for you. Charms are the biggest culprit, 2 gold per Plat last week and it was 2.4 mill still at that. >_>

    With dqrewards u can farm it or buy it, now u can farm it or buy it(more expensive but well)

    O.o not putting medals back in the shop makes it unfair,... then a few elite people have r9 while new peopl are out geared and never be able to completly equaly with the r9 people...

    After spending the best part of the day grinding coin to simply continue playing without relying on charity, I appreciate being called stupid, since im sure as hell not lazy.

    Some of us dont want R9, all we want is to progress at a reasonable rate. This sale, while I approve of the medals returning so people can actually get R9, only hurts those who do not cashop. You have to work harder, much harder, for less.
