    I wouldn't know how it's like on any other source.

    I could buy a phone, but it would be useless out where I'm at; and therefor a complete waste of money.

    My study is archaeology. I've always had something with ancient stuff and theories about it. archaeology is pretty much about excavating objects and putting them into context so we can study ancient cultures and such.

    The fun part is where you excavate a certain object, and then you question yourself, why is it there, who used it and what was it used for and how old is it. Last summer i've been excavating a settlement that dated around 700-900 AD located in the netherlands. Found a lot of bones....

    Closest i ever got to archaeology was talking to a man at a old folks home who knew ted williams.He was a base ball player.

    I also have a slight interest in archaeology. I haven't been to ancient sites yet, but in the future I definitely plan on visiting places. What really peaks my interests are ancient objects and concepts that we today can't really explain. Myths and legends from various ancient civilizations also fascinate me.

    Personally at the moment, I have an interest in Sacred Geometry.....like the Flower of Life or Metatron's Cube.

    My hobbies...well being married and a teenage daughter takes up much of my time but now i have taken a break from PWI ive gone back to painting and playing Warhammer 40K and i volunteer at a local school for 9 o 13 yr old were i teach the game system and show them how to make terrain pieces... basically getting the kids away from the PC and back to hands on model gaming....i find it very challenging but full filling..especially when they come up at the end of class smiling and keen to come back for the next session. You cant beat the happy smile of kids...there are future remember.....plus its good to give something back to the community.

    yea in my off time i work, operate heavy machinery drive, big trucks, repair cars, smoke cigs, and drink coffee till i twitch and get so angry i throw random things at people i dont know

    Anyone actually been to places like Cedar Point or Six Flags in New Jersey? I've really wanted to go on rides like Millennium Force (CP), Kingda Ka (SF), and Top Thrill Dragster (CP), and trying to figure out which place to plan a trip for. Sufficed to say, I love the crazy rides.

    Go to Valley Fair in Minnesota. They have this ride there where basically you are strapped to bungie cords,pulled back and then let go. you go flying all over the place.

    I went to Six Flags Great Adventure in N.J. when I was 11 yrs. old and it was awesome then (now i'm 33). The rides were definitely cool. Imagine what they're like now.....

    A necro is posting in any thread that has remained inactive for at least 30 days. Take a look at the last dated post before mine. And a thread being stickied has no bearing on the relevance of it being a necro.

    I dun think sticky's count toward necro since they are perpetually at the top anyways..

    I get to see all those POV Youtube videos of people riding the coasters I mentioned above.. so drool-worthy.

    I think the most exciting ride I've ever been on to date was the fricken Medusa at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom near San Francisco.
