Lunar VS TT Nirvana

Just wanted to compare both G15 Lunar Nirvana and G15 TT Nirvana HA Legs.

At lower refines, Lunar dominates but it seems if you have a HA Belt at ~8+ TT starts to win. I've always thought Lunar was a little better in stats but is it true?

Basically, i'm just taking the whole phys res and *1.04 is that correct?

    no, it would be res*1.16

    use pwcalc.com it automatically adds and multiplies res/hp/mp/atk

    also why is it *1.16 for the legs only?

    I use the illusion stone to go to farming instances, except for nirvana, i could never find CV or HH so i was forced to farm TT and Lunar, i think PWI should make these pro dungeons more accessable to everyone so i dont need to run around in nub armor.b:surrender

    the im-better-than-you-because-i-use-PW-MY-names attitude aside, lunar is better even assuming you are going to get all 4 armor pieces, the with the same ornaments, the percentages will only slightly skew in favor of TT/HH on elemental defense with +10 ornaments, while being much lower on P.def

    the bonus on TT/HH also does not get calculated by buffs since buffs multiply off base equipment values. the upside is that the bonuses from TT does not get reduced by debuffs

    Geez people, get over yourselfs.

    Whether a person wants to use HH or TT, or CV or Lunar it doesn't matter.

    At least Sasha had the balls to answer the question and not nit-pick about every little detail in a single post and try to derail a thread that was asking a question to benefit the player who was asking the question.

    I just wanted to know if pwcalc adds the 4% for you or not. Also I don't get why TT is for the poor since the difference in price isn't that substantial.

    Please stop QQ about how people say stuff and stay on topic.

    Also, i have TT99 Legs. I can afford the cannies to get G15 but do you recommend i scrap those legs and get Lunar legs? or is it just not worth it. I will be able to afford it but it will be annoying to lose the 25-30m i spent to make it. I was uneducated about lunar back then.

    1 piece wont make a huge difference, considering both that assuming you're going for interval your going to have 1 piece of nirvana armor, maybe 2 if your a BM or an interval barb, and assuming (from your avatar) that you're going to be making LA which sucks either way. you wont notice a big difference between 1 piece of lunar nirvana LA as opposed to 1 piece of TT nirvana LA. just keep what you have.

    Yes, my avatar is misleading, i'm a blademaster and i'm only going to have the legs, and helm but that's the same stats so we can ignore that.

    I really don't plan on getting a 2nd piece let alone 3rd or 4th. So i take it you're saying it's not worth scrapping my tt99 pants. Depending on how much i make in these few days i'll see what i'm going to do but if anybody else has any input however necessary it may be, please share your thoughts.

    Realy not sure which would be better in stats however refining armors only gives hp its only ornaments that get resistance boosts from refines if that helps at all :P

    TT is cheap for you

    Lunar NV gives more defenses, more hp and way looks better. You can also sell/trade Lunar NV when you wanna upgrade to something better, only that makes it 100 times more valuable.

    All those people who had full sets of auto bound TT-NV and than got R9 armor instead, dont even wanna think about all the coins wasted.

    People who pick Lunar NV can always get some of their money back when re-selling. PWI brings out new better gear almost once a year, so even NV will be pretty outdated eventually.

    FWIW, every time I see someone use TT, I think of Audi. What does a car have to do with PWI?

    If you have +10 ornaments, you get more out of it by using TT ones. Even if it's just 1 piece.

    The only reason you would want to get Lunar is to resell it to get r9, you probably shouldn't even bother with nirvana if that's the case.

    I don't know why you're comparing the magic top? i said i wanted HA Legs. And the won't be replaced, if i ever get R9 i won't sell the legs because i wouldn't use R9 for PvE ofcourse, only for TW/PvP situations.
