Transfering Zen issues

It seems I'm not the only one who is having this problem.. but basically the little flash part on the pw page that asks what game and server you want to transfer your Zen to is not loading at all. Yes, my flash is up to date and yes I've cleared cache and cookies and have even tried restarting my computer..

    same here

    upload cash works, but by clickin on transfer zen the new page doesnt load at all. fix it pls

    And yes, flash, cache cookies and restart twice wont solve the problem

    same here i put only $20 on this time and it took it out of My account But says i have no ZEN i did all the Stuff it asked me to But Still Nothing this is what i see Now

    If using Ctrl+F5 does not work to force the page to load, please try the following steps as they should resolve almost all website issues.

    Please first try logging out of the website and then log back in and see if this resolves the issue for you. If not, please continue to the step below.

    Please restart your web browsing session. You'll need to restart your computer after you have removed your cache/cookies for the PW website. You should be able to properly charge ZEN after your session has been cleared.

    If this issue persists, you can also use an alternate web browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or Internet Explorer.

    If this is not the issue or you are still experiencing issues with the payment page, please let us know.

    Transaction completed but can not get zen (0).
    I sent a ticket 12 hours ago and is still lack of any response / help.

    We have located this issue and are hoping to have it resolved as fast as possible. You should be having your ZEN delivered within the next 24 hours at the latest. There was an internal error that affected Moneybookers transactions early on 5/5/11 PDT in which the transactions completed and no ZEN was delivered. We are working as fast as possible to resolve this and deliver the ZEN for those purchases. The system is running fine once again for Moneybookers purchases so any payments that are made will be delivered ZEN. This only affected transactions for about 90 minutes this morning.

    Should be all fixed now. Please check your ZEN wallet if you have not already.

    ok it worked Thank you........i do Have another issue My Freind cant Log on to Her PWI web account to Purchase Zen But can Log into Game is there anythang She can do to Fix it?

    Have them email the billing department at the following email address:

    billing@perfectworldinc.com

    Since there are many different ways this can happen, that will be the fastest way to resolve the issue so that we can be very specific with the details.

    im having the same issue, i have even contacted moneynookers and they said it was sent to yall but my account balance is still zero, please help im not getting much of it from any where else
